This beautifully decorated two bedroom 19th floor Sapphire condo has a master bedroom featuring two queen size beds with a large master bathroom that includes a whirlpool tub, walk in shower and lots of closet space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with bathroom right across the hall. This condo has a nice open feel with light, breezy colors landscaping the ocean in the background. Plenty of space to dine inside or outside on the beach side balcony. You also have a private bay side balcony that has an electric grill for outside cooking.

During your stay in this condo you can enjoy all the Sapphire has to offer. The Sapphire Spa features great treatment options and the very friendly staff makes your spa visit a truly relaxing experience. Keep your fitness routine in check with the fitness center. In addition to the Sapphire pool, there are several cabanas available for 1/2 day & full day rental. Cozy loungers circle the pool with high and low spots to wade or swim.

The great part of this complex are the activities for the kids. There is a teen room which provides great entertainment such as table games and complimentary pinball machines. A 24 seat home theater is also available for your pleasure. There are nightly movies played at 7 pm.

Expectations not met

For the amount of money spent I was shocked at the things that went wrong. I couldn’t shower because there was no water that came out of the Shower head. 2 lights were out in the bathroom. There were no Kleenex in the master bath. The towels were old and had stains on them and they were cheap towels…… dollar store towels. It looked like they had not been washed. I called the property management company. They sent someone over to fix the shower but it was too late for that. I had already washed my hair in the kitchen sink and took a sponge bath. The person I spoke to said that a manager would call me. No one ever did.

Very clean, quiet, easy check in process, communication was excellent. Had a wonderful time. Despite being a holiday weekend, location was quiet and relaxing.

Nice 3 night stay

Hard to stay anywhere else at the Island after the Sapphire. Pricey for just my wife and me, but worth it. Quiet, well maintained, good service.

Not what we expected for such an expensive place. Will not stay at this particular bungalow again.

Stove didn’t work properly only two burners worked properly Fridge didn’t dispense ice Jacuzzi didn’t work first night, then when they got it to work it only had three jets working we had trouble opening the back door, we had to ask someone to come and fix it one of the pantry doors broken we wanted to make mixed drinks and blender didn’t work it was hard to put our luggage/clothes in closets because they are full with items that belong to owners No shampoo/conditioner in restrooms when website said it would be available Hot during night, AC would take too long to come back on Bed mattresses were not comfortable
