Please be aware, at this cabin due to restrictions in the subdivision, there is a strict NO MOTORCYCLE/NO TRAILER/NO EXCEPTIONS Policy in place. If you bring a motorcycle or Trailer to this location, they may be towed at your expense or you may be asked to leave the community. At Blue Sky Cabin Rentals we do offer other properties that are motorcycle and trailer friendly so please let us know if you will be bringing either and we will be happy to send you quotes for other options.

This open and airy cabin is ideal for a family or group getaway. Custom, one-of-a-kind details are what sets River Song apart from other cabins. A chef-worthy kitchen, huge log rafter beams, and custom fort beds built just for kids with their very own TV/DVD flat-screen televisions are just some of the unique features that can be found hidden within River Song. Step out on the porch to engulf yourself in the sounds of the whispering Cartecay River. How about testing your luck by dropping your line into the water right off the terrace level deck. River Song is an elegant riverfront 2 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom that sleeps up to four (4) adults and two (2) children under the age of 12 and offers the following:
King Master on MAIN level with 39" flat-screen TV with local cable, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bathtub
King bedroom on TERRACE level with 39" flat-screen TV with local cable, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Living room with 55" flat-screen TV with local cable, Blu-ray/DVD player, and wood-burning fireplace ( a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1-April 1)
Spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip basket coffee maker, dishwasher, crockpot, and plenty of counter space
Dining for 6 as well as picnic style dining on the deck overlooking the river
The UPPER-level game area in the loft with foosball, Xbox, 40" flat-screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as two built-in twin fort beds customized with their own 24" flat screen TV's with DVD and cable

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees include a $165 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
