Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Free beach service for two from March 1-October 31st. King size bed in one bedroom and queen in the other plus a queen size sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well as a "smart tv" in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Sugar Beach is a low rise, beach side complex on Thomas Drive, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Walk to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Ms. Newby's and many more. Complex has beautiful freshwater pond with plenty of wildlife to watch. Fish, turtles and birds. Dogs 30 lbs. and under are allowed. 2 dog maximum. Pet fee of $150 for 4 nights or more, $80 for 3 nights or less. Paid to HOA upon registration. Ring camera outside front door. Sugar Beach currently undergoing an exterior renovation project. Construction workers will be on site during business hours. Can be noisy at times.

Everything You Need…

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Even though it is currently under renovation don’t let this deter you. The location is great. Walking distance to anything you may want or need. The property is so beautiful. I found my favorite place was the pond. Watching the turtles and fish. The unit is very clean, decorated so beautifully, with so much space. I will definitely return.

Beach condo

The place was nice and clean and we were so pleased to have been able to bring our dogs. We really enjoyed the turtles in the pond. The beach and pool were easy access.

Our family stayed in this condo for the 4th. It was everything and more. Clean and roomy and easy in and out. My 70 year old mother was with us and it was a home away from home. We loved our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this condo for anyone.

Escaping winter

We absolutely loved our time at Sugar Beach condos. Selena was extremely easy to work with and let us bring our fur babies which made our stay more enjoyable. We stayed the entire month of March and didn’t want to leave! Kitchen is all set up for cooking. Beds were comfy. Loved the ground floor so nice! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family vacation spot!

Seaside Shanty is a dream come true for our family. My dad owned a condo in Panama City Beach 30 years ago and my children have very fond memories spending time there. I am so so thankful we get to experience the same things with our grandchildren at our very own condo! We are excited for you to make your own memories here as well.

Why they chose this property

Having spent summers in Panama City Beach for the last 35 years we knew when we were ready to purchase it would be here. We choose Sugar Beach complex for several reasons. Location is so convenient to activities, restaurants, shopping and to St. Andrews State Park. We also loved the beautiful pond with the walkways surrounding it. We enjoy seeing all the fish, turtles and birds. The complex is Beachfront which was important to us as well. Our unit has a view of the pond from the patio. But it is a very short walk to the private beach access.
