Enjoy the serene sounds of the Rock Broad River and an outstanding view of Chimney Rock State Park from the private back deck. This 1400-square-foot apartment was fully renovated in the early summer of 2021. All new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, 3 Flat Screen Smart TVs, WiFi, and an office area, give you all the great comforts of home. You will also enjoy our reading nook when unwinding from a busy day. Both bedrooms offer stunning views with beautiful bay windows, with queen beds. Each room has access to the deck overlooking the river.

Beautiful location, close to Chimney Rock and right on main street so close to shops and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cozy. Our 2 daughters stayed with us and they too were very impressed. Beds were so comfy and furniture also very comfortable. If we are ever back that way we will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed with my 2 daughters and one's boyfriend. We loved the set-up of the condo and the location. We enjoyed the two porches, playing in the river, walking to shops, restaurants, the brewery, and being close to the park. The unit is modern, clean, and comfortable. Great little 2BR place, love the location, view of the Park is wonderful, and the property manager was awesome! We will definitely put this one as a favorite! Stayed here for Christmas weekend and we had a great time! The house was exactly as listed. Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had great views both in the back and front porch. A great experience

The wife and I stayed here for a relaxing anniversary weekend. The communication and helpfulness of the property manager/owner made everything easy and stress-free. We loved the location and the furniture was beautiful. Also the beds are very comfortable! The floors were a bit dirty causing the bottom of our feet to be black. This place had it all! Walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the river! Beautiful view of the river and Chimney Rock off the back deck! Off the front porch we enjoyed a vantage point to see all the activities in town! You could not have found a better view anywhere in town! The apartment was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully! We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. In the middle of it all in Chimney Rock

If you want to be close to everything that is great about the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure area, this is the place to be. Restaurants, taverns, unique gift shops and more are all within easy walking distance. The apartment is clean, well appointed and the owners have gone the extra mile to provide all the little extras that make for a wonderful stay. People watching on the front deck and river viewing on the back deck was great. Having the managers right next door is a plus for sure and these young people are fantastic! We have stayed at a lot of places in the area and this one ranks amongst the best for us. Hats off to the owners for a job well done!

We loved this unique apartment amidst the hustle and bustle of Chimney Rock village. The front deck was excellent for people watching and we enjoyed looking at license plates driving by and seeing where everyone was from. The back deck was great for relaxing and listening to the river. We cannot wait to return. The owners were extremely helpful. The kitchen was full of everything you need to prepare meals, including spices. There were tons of extra toilet paper, bath towels, blankets, pillows, etc. I will say it again, we cannot wait to return.
