About the host
Hosted by Ian Fardell
I have been living abroad doing various things, working, sailing and generally enjoying life, I just couldn't bear to let my home go, I have always been very social so I just wanted others to enjoy the house as I have over the years, with so many positive reviews, we must be doing something right! Hopefully you will think so too. :-)
Ian Fardell purchased this cottage in 2000
Why they chose this property
It Just has a really nice feel about it whether that be entertaining or just chilling out in the secluded back garden, it is a true gem. I loved this house from the moment I saw it and the love affair continues. To add to that it is central Brighton so nothing is far away and if you just fancy popping round the corner (30 Secs on a bad day) you have a great local pub! If I wasn't living in Singapore then I wouldn't live anywhere else. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have over the years. P.s there is an additional charge for any 2 night stays which will be given on request. Thanks
What makes this property unique
Location, the local area, local pub, transport, Brighton, the Downs national park (15mins by car), and the fact you can crank the stereo up and you would be hard pushed to upset the neighbours (trust me I've tried!) or chill out as if you were in a country garden or both!
