Charming 2 room apartment in an old house 5 mins walk from the beach. Large west facing balcony-terrace, open view over the roofs and the sea. Very calm and very bright! Located on the 2nd floor without elevator. Completely renovated and fully equipped.
Very quiet location, old house, typical of Normandy. The apartment being on the 2nd floor of a narrow and steep staircase, the elderly, smokers and young children refrain ...
Nice view, clear near the rue des Bains and its shops. Beaches and casino nearby, as well as all restaurants including Les 4 Chats, Les Mouettes, Les Affiches ... Fish market also nearby.
Station 10 mins walk.

Location qui convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes (possibilité 4 mais alors un peu étroit) Bonne literie, près du centre, tout est disponible. Gros inconvénient : les escaliers sont très étroits (2ème étage) et le parking (difficile de trouver un emplacement à proximité)

Super appartement avec une belle vue de Trouville

L'appartement est propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Un peu étroit mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé durant mon séjour. J'ai trouvé le logement très agréable et confortable pour 3 nuits et il répondait à mes besoins car non loin d'un centre ville très vivant et de la plage. La vue de la ville et de l'océan depuis le salon est superbe et la terrasse est un grand plus (si la météo le permet). La gérante qui m'a accueilli a été au top et a été de grands conseils concernant les quelques activités à faire dans la ville ou aux abords.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, la location est très bien située, à deux pas du centre ville et des commerces. Une vue inoubliable, une literie de grande qualité, bref un week - End en tous points parfait !!! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement :)

Sejour idéal en centre ville

La location est bien telle que décrite : à proximité de tout, au 2ème étage d'une belle maison ancienne, très beau balcon avec vue sur les toits de Trouville, Deauville et la mer. L'appartement bien que pas très grand est très pratique, confortable et chaleureux. Son orientation est-ouest assure une très belle luminosité. De plus il est très calme. Jérôme chargé de nous accueillir est une personne très aimable et compétente.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé. A 1min à peine de la rue des Bains. Il est près de l'animation de Trouville mais reste au calme. Il est très propre, fonctionnel, bien équipée et jouit surtout d'une petite terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et même la mer. Nous avons eu un très bon échange avec la propriétaire, très disponible. Une adresse à recommander !
