Villa Meloneras - Maspalomas

Wonderful two-storey holiday home in Meloneras with majestic garden with comfortable porch and private swimming pool with sunbeds area. Possibility of heating the pool with extra.



The property has 250m2 built above ground level on a plot of 380m2. It consists of 3 double bedrooms on the upper floor, one of them en suite with balcony overlooking the garden and pool and bathroom inside, the other with two single beds and views of the garden and the third one with double bed and views of the rear garden.

On the ground floor there is a huge living room with TV area and another dining area overlooking the porch and garden.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and laundry area.

Garage in the basement with ping pong table, bicycles, surfboards available for guests.



The Villa is located 5 minutes walk from the promenade that connects to the beach of Maspalomas and Meloneras. You can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Meloneras promenade to the Maspalomas Lighthouse, where you can enjoy the wonderful Maspalomas Beach with its impressive dunes - a natural landscape.

Along the promenade, you will find a wide variety of restaurants and shops, focused on high level tourism as the area has the best 5 star hotels in the south of the island.



Maspalomas is located in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, bordered by the Special Natural Reserve of the Dunes of Maspalomas, is the beach of the tourist resort of Maspalomas: almost three kilometres of soft golden sand and low waves next to a multitude of hotel facilities and flats. The perfect place to spend the perfect holiday in the sun with the family and enjoy sunny days on the beach. You can also take a romantic stroll through a landscape of shifting dunes and the silhouette of the Maspalomas lighthouse silhouetted against the sunset.

Great Accommodation

Great accommodation of a high standard throughout, everything was as described and functioned as it should. Property is West facing and you get a great deal of sun around the pool area with great areas of shade if too hot. Ideally located to enjoy the night life and restaurants, The only negative was our vacation was over too quick. Host was magnificent throughout and communicated well.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Very clean and well stocked. Only down side which is minor - there were only four loungers for an apartment for 6 people and the lack of mirrors and sockets in the bedrooms.

Das Reihenhaus ist sehr gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt zentral, Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Great time in Beautiful villa

Stayed for 1 week in May 2018. Villa is in a good location, around 10 minute walk from centre of Meloneras. The resort itself is the nicest I have visited out of all the Canary Isles. The villa is very clean and tastefully decorated. It is bright and spacious, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owner Beatriz was very helpful, she arranged transfers to and from the airport, and replied promptly to any enquiries. We would definitely stay in this villa again.

Very nice villa. Nice decor and lots of room. Great location. Great pool.

Very nice house. Nice decor, very light and airy and spacious, with nice artworks creating a rich environment and useful TV and Bluetooth music system. Nice big, very modern kitchen with everything you would need, and a separate utility room for washing and ironing. Bedrooms and bathrooms all a good size and nicely decorated. Garden is a good size, plenty of room for lounging round the pool. Pool is a good size, wasn't heated, but was warm enough to swim and play once you got in it. Location good, easy stroll - 10 mins to the promenade and the beach. Not far from shops and supermarkets. Resort is really nice: modern and clean with a relaxed vibe. Nice restaurants and relaxed bars. 6 Euro taxi if you want to head for a noisier night out in Playa del Ingles. Lots to do and see around the area, or just relax. Recommend Moonlight cinema - open air cinema with food and drinks delivered to your couch during the film - a great night out. Also a visit to Puerto Mogan - a nice little harbour with nice restaurants. Also recommend Meloneras golf. Really nice course in great condition and nice staff. All highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Villa

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer guten Umgebung.Wir 3 Damen, hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf gran Canaria. Die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder waren perfekt für uns. Gegenüber ist ein schönes 5 Sterne Hotel. Frühstücksbüffet für 16 € war einfach Top. Der Empfang war professionell. Leider nur 2 Handtücher pro Person. Wir mussten jeden Tag waschen. Das war sehr lästig. Auch die Straße direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr stark befahren (Bus und LKW). Nachts aber sehr ruhig. Der Pool und Garten gepflegt und schöne Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Küche sehr gut bestückt. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Das Auto kann man in der Garage parken. Die Fahrräder haben wir nicht benutzt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Meloneras ist ein perfektes Urlaubsziel für Jung und Alt.

Excellent experience at this villa

This villa has everything that you need for a great stay at this resort. The facilities are great, plentiful and of a very high standard. The location is only 15 minute walk to the supermarket, shops and promenade. Transfer to and from the airport was organised by Beatriz which was on time at both ends. Any problems or questions are replied within a very short time. To sum up a great place to have a great holiday.

Superb

We absolutely loved everything about this villa. It was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. All the little touches made a huge difference - the hand soap in the bathrooms, luxury towels, pool floats, sofa throws and cushions, box games, roller blades, scooters! Loads of extras we didn't expect. The children loved it. The master bedroom has a huge cosy sofa which was a great place to chill. Masses of storage. The location is ideal. There is a huge supermarket about 15 mins walk and a lovely beach if you take a right outside the villa with loads of excellent restaurants. We walked along the main beach into Maspalomas and had a ride on the camels. The main shopping area and restaurants are all within easy reach and buzzing at night. The weather was amazing too! The owner is absolutely lovely and she arranged for a minibus/taxi to and from the airport which was all very professional and easy. The lady who greeted us on arrival was very helpful and welcoming too. I thoroughly recommend this villa.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus - beautiful house

we are used as a family and we have had a wonderful time in this house. The owner is very friendly and helpful. we would like to come back. Wir waren als Familie in dem Haus und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder zurückkommen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aber auch Entspannung perfekt geeignet.

Die Villa ist gepflegt und entspricht genau den Fotos im Internet. Alles ist vorhanden wie angegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. Wir können das Buffetbreakfast sowie die Restaurants und Talassio im Hotel Villa del Conde gegenüber empfehlen. Die Promenade, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind alle ohne Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten zwar ein Auto gemietet, sind aber wenig gefahren.

Wunderbare Villa an toller Lage

Wir durften im Dezember / Januar 5 Wochen in der Villa von Pedro und seiner Familie verbringen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Villa ist sehr gut gelegen. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zur schönen Promenade von Meloneras mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften etc. Für unsere Kinder hatte es ein paar Spielsachen und zu unserer grossen Überraschung auch ein Trampolin. Das war natürlich der Hit. Das Haus war grösser als wir uns aufgrund der Fotos vorgestellt haben. Drei schöne grosse Schlafzimmer mit 2 grossen Badezimmern im Obergeschoss. Von zwei Zimmern konnte man sogar bis aufs Meer sehen (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Im Erdgeschoss war die riesige Küche, eine grosses Wohn und Esszimmer und ein schöner gedeckter Sitzplatz (mit Windschutz). Wir haben zusätzlich eine Putzfrau gebucht, welche einmal die Woche alles sauber gemacht hat. In der Garage hatte es Fahrräder, welche wir jedoch nie benutzt haben. Der Tischtennis Tisch wurde aber rege benutzt. Das einzige was Pedro noch verbessern könnte, ist ein besserer Grill. Wir können das Haus für Familien aber auch für Paare empfehlen. Unsere Kinder waren 2 Jahre, als wir auf Besuch waren. Wir fuhren jeweils zur Playa Amadores (ca. 10-15 Minuten), da uns der Strand bei Meloneras zu windig und unruhig war. Mit den Kindern war dies die bessere Option.
