Living/dining room area with 2 sofa beds and access to the terrace (9m2). Bedroom with queen-size bed (140 cm wide), Bath room / WC. Air Conditioning(!) Closed parking space for vacationners in the residence.

The building and apartnment are as described. Clean with basic neccesities with a lovely terrace & view. I'm a Californian and I can assure that the pool is sublime. The walk to the best beach is easy. The concierge Ana was attentive and polite. The petite pool stand service is attentive & kind. It's convenient with excellent coffee and delicious croissants, lunch and snacks. Secure parking. Strongly recommended. Thank you!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine fin février, l' appartement est près de la gare environ 15 minutes a pieds,très pratique pour visiter les villes come Menton Monaco et faire un tours en Italie et bien sur le carnaval de Nice ,il ne manque rien dans l appartement et la vue sur la mer du balcon est top

Nous avons visité toutes les beautés des environs. Le bruit est trop présent cependant et la circulation difficile . L'appartement est adapté pour un couple. Le ménage peut être amélioré. Au total rapport qualité prix intéressant.

Afin de mieux se repérer du boulevard Napoléon 3, entrée sur la droite, résidence des anges. Literie excellente et très belle vue sur mer. Un grille pain serait le bienvenu car pas de four. Délicate attention à notre arrivée, bouteille de vin rosé et capsules de café. Un grand merci

Très belle situation avec parking sécurisé, vue sur la mer et piscine, nous étions très proche de toutes les beautés à voir qu'offre la région. La petite terrasse offre un joli panorama sur cette baie de Villefranche.
