Cozy home in the city with country like feel. House sits 700 feet off main road with views of woods. Sit on the front porch or side deck and see deer, raccoons, or bird watching. Kings Island, Downtown Cincinnati where you can see a Reds game, Bengals game, Jack Casino or visit Smale Park are all just a 15 minute drive. There are 3 other casinos within 30 minutes drive. Visit a local brewery 5 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. There are steps to get to the home and steps to the basement. Home is on an easement with additional homes using the same easement. Road can not be blocked by cars. It is recommended to have 4 wheel drive vehicle in winter months only.. Parking for 4 vehicles only and no trailers. No parking in the grass areas.

Everything was to be expected

It was a bit outside of Cincinnati than in hoped for but the stay was ok. I think the app was faulty during the stay. I texted the owner instead, and then she got back to me. No fault of hers. Would consider staying again if the opportunity presented itself.

Wonderfull place to stay

We stayed here for 4 days, it is one of the best "Homeways" we have ever stayed in. The place was spotlessly clean and the host was great. The house sets in a beautiful wooded area, a very short distance to the interstate. Here you have the best of both worlds its has that country feel ( very private) but also close to everything you need to be entertained . Once again great place and we look forward to going back soon . No complaints what so ever …. Ron and Marsha from IL

Beautiful Inside and Out

We were very comfortable and content. Absolutely lovely country setting close to lots of amenities. This home is great for visiting indoors and out. It is well stocked and very tidy. We have some seasoned kin who were thankful the steps coming down onto the property were wide with an easy step height. We dropped them at the steps then parked coming and going. You do need decent mobility to walk the short gravel drive from parking area to the steps going down the hill, that lead to the entrance of home. This was no bother for us at all. Our expectations were exceeded with this rental. As long as you are sure footed, this is a great home away from home.

Location, Location, Location! This property is close to everything, parks, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, sporting events, casinos, downtown and so much more. Wildlife is amazing, see deer, coyotes, fox, squirrels, chipmonks, bird watching, hawks, owls. take a hike in the woods that this property is on. Get away from the city but still be in the city. Close to many hospitals, Procter & Gamble, GE, General Mills and many more corporations.
