This was an older home but clean. It needs lots of little fixes. The neighborhood had sidewalks being dug out. Some roads were closed getting to the property. It was not a safe feeling area and the back door locks were screwed into wood that was not solid. I feel I could have kicked the door in and I’m 63. It was a little unsafe getting in because there were open stairs to the basement. It was close to downtown. About a 12 minute drive.
Everything was clean, ready to go for a 2night stay. Ended up being 10 miles from where my meeting was taking place and accomodated two of us perfectly.
Seth’s place was conveniently located for a short trip to Cinci with my friend. Seth provided very detailed instructions for check-in and out and was quick to respond to messages. My friend and I both have small babies and were able to use the house as a clean home base to come back and rest after our activities for the day. We were also very grateful to have driveway/easy street parking to unload and load the babies as we came and went.
Oldest son had DCI competition but we had family in Hamilton County so took advantage of a short trip to do watch our son perform and gather with family. House was comfortable to rest and neighborhood was quite
House was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything that we wanted to go see and do. Great communication with property manager. Needed to ask the property manager a question and received a quick response. Property manager was very accommodating. Plenty of parking at property with an effortless check in. Home was clean and had everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, washcloths and towels was all provided. We are looking forward to staying here again when we come to visit Cincinatti.
Our family visited the area for our spring break. The property was just perfect for our family of 4. We loved that we were close to the attractions we wanted to visit (The Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter) and we even had an impromptu Buc-ee’s trip and a lovely visit to Dayton’s Aullwood Nature Center to go “Troll Hunting.” We appreciated the cozy lodging, cimfy beds, and that we were so close to so many fun family activities. We also appreciated that the house was pet-friendly. We brought our small furbaby with us and it made all the difference in the world that we had him to come home to after our days adventing. When we were home in the evenings, the wifi made it possible for us and our boys to enjoy one of our favorite family pastimes of playing Minecraft on our family world. We truly enjoyed our stay and when back in the area, we will definitely stay with this host again!
After arriving at the location I was very disturbed by neighborhood & parking. Upon the entry home very dated couch was dirty(12 year old boy didn’t even want to sit down), the step on the stairs felt as if was collapsing. Calking around baseboards was yellow dingy back door didn’t seem secured with minimal locks. Overall I just wast satisfied nor did I feel secure in the space we actually checked into hotel never stayed. Host never reach out just even after notifying about concerns.

This guest was weird. They contacted me immediately after booking complaining they were charged when they booked (which is what happens?). The next time I heard from them, they told me they didn't stay, After their stay was over! (I'm not sure what I was supposed to do at that point?). They didn't point out any of the concerns in their review (which I will address). They said they didn't like the parking and traffic. I don't know what they expected. There is a driveway and street parking and the house is in a neighborhood. It is the city not the suburbs but, again, what was I supposed to say here? Sorry about the traffic, the location or the parking all of which are exactly as described and how they have been for 5 years while I've rented this house without issue. Lastly, their complaints in the review which they wrote almost a month after staying. I have the same couch in all my units, 29 units. If the couch was a problem I'd be out of business. We replace the couch cover and clean them regularly. I have no idea what the issue with the stairs is. The certainly don't collapse! Hahaha. The caulk is yellow on the baseboard? Seriously. This I have never heard in 8 years operating multiple rentals on Vrbo and other booking sites. Just weird. The back door has a locking handle and a deadbolt. What else do they want? Armed security? The whole thing is weird. They never even asked for a refund? It's just bizarre.

Thanks SethI didn't leave a review because I've always been told if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all.I never complain. I just dont come back. There were some issues that could have caused injuries. The right rail on the porch is so loose my friend almost fell, the driveway was useless to us because those bricks you have on the side of them are loose and really don't give you room to get out the car. FYI the both of us are over 60. Im enclosing pictures. That chair in the living room was absolutely filthy and so was the sofa we brought a blanket to spread over it. The blinds needs replacing the walls were dirty and the house had really stench. The bathroom garbage can still had garbage from your previous guest. The beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was really nice.
