Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Hübsches Haus in bezaubernder Lage. Marina ist als Gastgeberin immer problemlos erreichbar gewesen und hat kurzfristig geholfen, wenn es Fragen gab. Wegen der Baustelle nebenan hatte sie mich vorgewarnt und angeboten, dass ich noch zurücktreten kann. Insgesamt ein sehr guter und freundlicher Umgang. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Pfingsttraum

Vielen Dank an Marina, die uns diese tolle Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub überlassen hat. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen. Für uns Zwei war die Wohnung perfekt. Haupt Aufenthaltsort war die nette Dachterrasse mit schönem rundum Blick. Frühstück uns Abendessen war für uns dort obligatorisch. Den Strand kann man in etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Alternativ kann man mit einer dreiminütigen Fahrt den Strand von Burdoni erreichen. Der Strand bietet schönen Sand und ein sehr farbenfrohes Meer. Perfekt zum Relaxen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sin auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bestens weiterempfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in dem Haus eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und uns immer gefreut, wenn wir nach einem Ausflug wieder dorthin zurück kamen. Die Gastgeberin Marina antwortet immer schnell und freundlich. Ihr liegt wirklich am Herzen, dass alles gut läuft. Die Terrassen sind wirklich klasse, dort kann man herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Im hat im Haus alles funktioniert, deswegen wie oben schon gesagt ein sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Absolut Empfehlenswert. Vermieterin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit Auto sollte vorhanden sein, da in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind.

Joli maison

Bien située pour visiter le Golf d'Orosei et la Costa Smeralda, la maison est spacieuse et agréable. On accède à la maison par un chemin non bitumé qui mériterait d'être débroussaillé (attention au rayures sur la voiture). Pas de prise prévue pour brancher le micro-onde, il nous a fallu tirer la prise multiple de la TV jusqu'au four. Les joints de la porte de douche mériteraient d'être rafraichis. Il faudrait revoir l'annonce pour préciser que l'eau au robinet n'est potable qu'à condition de la bouillir. Une table dans le salon serait appréciable. Nous avons passé malgré tout un très agréable séjours dans cette jolie maison, la prise en compte de nos quelques observations ne pourraient que rendre cette location encore plus attractive.

schönes Haus, empfehlenswert, würde ich wieder nehmen,

die Strände in S. Anna, sind zum baden allerdings nicht so gut geeignet, weil zu steinig und dann flach ins Meer gehend, in der Umgebung gibt es genug Alternativen. Im Haus funktioniert alles, Klima top, sehr schöne Aussenterrassen und Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick. Garten uneinsehbar mit Hecke eingefasst, super mit Hund. Möbel teilweise verbesserungswürdig oder sollten mal ersetzt werden. Liegt etwas abseits im Wohngebiet über unbefestigte Strasse (100m) zu erreichen.

Entspannter Urlaub im sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Wir waren vom 4.6.17 bis 18.6.17 in diesem sehr schönes Haus in Baia Saint Anna. Ruhig gelegen. Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung - es fehlte uns an nichts. Schöne (Dach-) Terrassen mit Kamin. Aufgrund einer hohen Hecke ist der Garten uneinsehbarer; Auto ist notwendig -- in Baja St. Anna gibt es keine Einfaufsmöglichkeiten. Klimaanlage ist in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Porto Ainu und die Bucht von Baia Saint Anna sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (jeweils ca. 10 Minuten). Feinen Sandstrand gibt es in Budoni.

Très beau séjour dans cette très belle maison tout confort. Très propre et fonctionnelle.le jardin et la terrasse en haut tres agréable et la machine à café excellente. Et très bon accueil. La plage est très belle et facile d'accès a pieds. C'est mieux avec une voiture pour visiter les autres plages et faire les commissions. Merci encore.
