Beautiful view of ocean, beside walkway to the beach, oceanfront covered double balcony with furniture. Walkway to beach, pool access, grilling area. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Grill. Hardwood flooring throughout living room and bedrooms.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, dogs may occasionally be present during owner reservations.
