Great location. Not directly on the beach but has a private boardwalk and can see the beach from the balcony. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Enough space for 2 families. Only downside was minimal supplies (2 roles of TP, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 dish soap, no spatulas) so bring extras. Would definitely recommend renting this home again!
This was a GREAT location. House was beautiful, and was an easy walk across the private walkway to the beach. Check in was very easy, which was good because we arrived pretty late at night. Rental sign was a little hard to see at night so took us a minute to find the right driveway. Our only negative was our neighbors with unsupervised young children screaming a lot. (But, that’s part of renting, and nothing against the property.). Was also impressed with all the communication sent prior to our arrival regarding things to bring, what would be provided, parking on the island, etc. very helpful!
The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the inter coastal waterway. The house it self is very plain and a bit run down. The dishwasher is falling out of the wall and there are no basic supplies in the house for cooking or cleaning. There weren’t even trash bags or dish detergent. There is a decent supply of cookware and utensils, but the pots are mostly the run down, scratched non-stick pans that you often see in rentals. Some beds were comfortable, others no so much.
The bottom line is that the house is serviceable, but not great. However, we really like the location.
The house was beautiful and had an incredible view of the ocean and it is in amazing location. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend it.
