"Down The Shore" is a gorgeous, recently updated four-bedroom, three bath home with modern appliances and a well-appointed kitchen. Best of all, a private pool is coming soon, currently scheduled for completion by the end of May 2025. It features an inverted floor plan with the main living areas and kitchen on the top floor where the panoramic ocean views are amazing. Relax on the covered porches after a day of fun at the beach, the upper and lower front porches offer unobstructed ocean views. There is also a screened in back porch on the top floor perfect for early morning coffee or late-night games.
It is close to the Ocean Crest fishing pier in the convenient East Beach area of Oak Island, with direct beach access. East Beach is super family-friendly with the conveniences of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just a few miles away.
For those guests who have allergies, please not that while pets are not allowed for guest reservations, a hypo-allergenic dog may be present during owner stays.
