Beautiful, beach walk home with ocean views, covered deck, park grill, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, one and a half blocks from beach access. Hot tub (available beginning mid-November 2024) located under the house for nice quiet nights of relaxation. Short walk to restaurant, Ocean Crest pier, 20th Street scenic walkway over the Davis Canal. Open floor plan home with fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, bamboo flooring throughout living areas, carpeting in bedrooms. No pets and no smoking.
