This vacation rental welcomes up to 1 dog (less than 60 lbs.) per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Three TV's with extended cable, DVD player, high-speed internet access. Master suite with walk-in closet and private bath, stand-alone tile shower and Jacuzzi tub. Ceiling fans throughout. Oceanview covered porch with furniture, Yaupon Dunes dedicated community beach access across street with gazebo. Seasonal community pool and hot tub.

Healthcare Hero and Military discounts available. No Smoking allowed.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note that the elevator is unavailable until about March 22, 2026.

A lovely beach week

We had a great week at The Dunes. This was our second time staying at this location but our first time staying in this unit. The check in process was fine but we were delayed getting into our unit a bit because of unexpected cleaning. The unit was clean but there were still some remnants of baby powder and cigarette smoke (which thankfully waned as the days passed). The unit was pretty well equipped and the floor plan was great for our family. I would recommend this unit and our family would stay here again!

The only issue was our 6 year old great granddaughter who has allergies. She had breathing issues while we were there. We finally realized the air filter in the condo had about 3/4's of an inch of dust on it. We did not think to check until just as we were getting ready to leave. She cleared right up after we left the unit.

Great weekend getaway

We booked this last minute for Easter weekend. It was perfect for what we needed. The location was great with the pier and beach restaurants right across the street. Beach access was also steps away making several trips back and forth with a 3 year old very easy! The only downsides would be very slow internet and no cable TV. We brought our Roku and used a personal hotspot for wi fi. If not, we would have not been able to watch TV. Overall, nice condo. Would stay again.
