Ideal property for relaxing and enjoying nature

The Cabana house consists of a mother house, the owners residence and two independent houses with direct access to the garden. One with 3 suites, living and dining room, a kitchenette and a small garden at the entrance of the house where you can enjoy alfresco dining. The other house, is a suite with a kitchenette cabinet that can be rented together or separately with the price on request.
Casa Cabana offers refined and comfortable accommodation set in a setting surrounded by a beautiful garden with superb views of the Minho River estuary and Santa Tecla Hill in Spain.
During the day, you can relax in the shade of a tree, or soak up the sun by the pool, with stunning views over Caminha village, the Minho River and Monte de Santa Tecla. This, often surrounded by small clouds, creates an image of fairy tales. At night all this vision transforms into an idyllic setting with small twinkling lights making a border along the banks of the Minho River.
Far from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for good walks and fun, this is the ideal place to spend some relaxing days.

Very nice stay in Caminha

Mr Victor, Was very friendly and helpfull. Mr. Victor could be approached very easily and was always prepared to help. There are many nice places to visit. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. We plan to return. Thanks a lot

Sehr hochwertiges Ferienhaus auf einem schönen, gepflegten Grundstück. Gediegene Ausstattung, allerdings eher kleine Küche. Mitbenutzung eines sehr schön gelegenen Swimming Pool. Ausserordentlich freundliche Vermieter. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, es sollte wegen des engen Zufahrtweges nicht zu groß/breit sein.

Un endroit superbe

Un lieu atypique dans un environnement magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. La situation à la frontière de l'Espagne est idéale pour faire de belles balades. La région est vraiment très belle. Les propriétaires, Maria et Vitor sont des personnes très discrètes, accueillantes et bienveillantes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et encore plus notre dernière soirée durant laquelle Vitor a bien voulu nous partager une partie de son histoire autour d'un verre au bar. Nous le remercions de nous avoir enrichi au travers de ses récits incroyables. C'est certain, nous reviendrons.

Wunderbar und sehr erholsam

Wir waren als Familie in Caminha auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen mit ganz tollen Vermietern, die uns sehr nett empfangen haben und für alle Fragen zur Verfügung standen, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wir hatten den großen Pool ganz für uns allein. Es gab Tage, an denen haben wir das Grundstück nicht verlassen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Wirklich tolle Bettwäsche, weiche Handtücher, jedes der drei Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche oder Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Unsere Kinder haben auch Juri, den kleinen Hund der Vermieter, ins Herz geschlossen. Wir hatten einen rund um tollen Urlaub in traumhafter Lage und wunderschönen Gegend. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Maria & Vitor

Paradijs!

Op een prachtige locatie met geweldig uitzicht op de Minho en op loopafstand van Caminha vind je dit vakantiepaleisje volgehangen met jachttrofeeën van de eigenaar. Elke kamer heeft apart sanitair en op de bedden heerlijk luxe linnengoed. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd door de vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren. Zwembad is super. Diep genoeg om te duiken en voorzien van genoeg ligbedden en parasols. Totaal oppervlak van de tuin is zo groot dat we elkaar kwijtraakten😉 Hier wil ik zeker nog eens terugkomen. Wat een paradijs!! Enige opmerking is het smalle straatje vereist wat stuurmanskunst en het goed geoutilleerd keukentje is wat klein. Maar dat geeft niet want je kunt heerlijk uit eten in Caminha.

Magnifiques vacances en Portugal au nord

Vue depuis la piscine extraordinaire, sur Caminha. Comme dans la photo de presentation. Maison très pratique avec tout le confort, 3 chambres avec salles de bains chacune. Donc enfants couchés séparément sans souci. Propriété tranquille, sécurisée. Propriétaires très agréables, très discrets qui habitent dans la maison principale. Propriété un peu difficile à trouver initialement et acces un peu étroit mais une fois habitué on oublie facilement ce problème. A 30mn de Viana de Castelo et 1h de Porto. 2 villes magnifiques a visiter. Plusieurs stations de vacances et plages autour. Supermarchés dans la proximité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette propriété très ombragée, très bien entretenue , au calme,en sécurité. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. Caminha est une petite ville charmante, bien située, à une heure de Porto, à 1h30 en voiture du Douro, proche de Braga, bien desservie en commerces

Natureza linda, casa bonita e limpa, bom ambiente e proprietarios muito simpaticos!

Gostamos muito de ficar na casa da Cabana! Os proprietarios sao muito simpaticos e nos acolheram bem! O cachorrinho Yuri é uma graca e deu muita alegria a nossas filhas. A casa é bonita e limpissima. Nao tenho suficiente palavras para a vista que tem da piscina; maravilhosa mesmo! Recomendo a tds que querem visitar o norte de Portugal ficar na casa da Cabana!

A piece of paradise

A fantastic and wonderful place with a lovely and peaceful garden. The landlady and landlord are very polite and friendly people who made us feel welcome and we already miss the cute dog. We can only recommend this house and surroundings. You can walk to the center of Caminha in 15 minutes.

Parfait!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Caminha dans la très belle propriété de Vitor & Maria. Propriétaires charmants et attentionnés. La villa offre un confort idéal, une propreté irréprochable et la piscine une vue à couper le souffle. Un lieu calme de toute beauté que nous recommandons. Nous avons aussi apprécié la présence de Youri, le cocker avec qui nous avons passé de très beaux moments. Merci!

Endroit merveilleux; les propriétaires sont d une extreme gentillesse, la ville de caminha est magnifique a voir !! je recommande a Casa Cabana est une maison magnifique suite a chaque chambre ideal .au calme dans les collines avec une vue sur le Rio Minho, Maria Oliveira veiller au désirs des locataires gentillesse. Les enfants se sont amusee dans la grande piscine, avec leurs chients YOURI ET BOUNEQ ADORABLE JOUEURS AFFECTUEUX (nous les oublions pas il font le charmes de l'endroit). Caminha est une très jolie , Muito Obrigado, Maria Oliveira et Vitor pour leur accueil et leur grande gentillesse.

Férias de eleição. Local perfeito, no meio da natureza, com uma vista espectacular sobre Caminha e Espanha. A habitação, linda, cuidada e asseada, on de nada foi descurado, para que a nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível. Um jardim, lindo e bem tratado, onde a comunhão com a natureza é extraordinária. O Casal proprietário, é fantástico, educado e tudo fazem para que nada falte e nos sintamos "em casa". O nosso muito obrigado por tudo. Esperamos poder repetir.

Un vrai petit paradis

La Casa Cabana est un lieu magique au calme dans les collines avec une vue splendide sur le Rio Minho, tout juste à l'embouchure avec l'Atlantique. Les propriétaires, Maria Helena et Vitor sont charmants et nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux, et ont été particulièrement soucieux de notre confort et de notre bien-être. La maison est d'une propreté absolue, une salle de bain par chambre, une petite kitchenette très fonctionnelle, et tous les équipements nécessaires à disposition (sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, peignoirs, serviettes de toilettes,...) Maria Helena sait veiller discrètement au moindre des désirs de ses "invités" avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de simplicité. Lézarder autour de la piscine a été un vrai bonheur, surtout grâce à la vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Chacun y a trouvé son compte. Les enfants se sont régalés dans la grande piscine, et nous avons pu veiller sur eux tranquillement à l'ombre sur un matelas dans le grand "cocon" en osier que l'on ne voit pas sur les photos du site. Caminha est une très jolie bourgade située à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques, y compris en Espagne que l'on rejoint très vite par le pont. Elle possède une plage fluviale et une très jolie plage moins fréquentée donnant sur l'océan. Fin juillet, la ville accueille un grand festival médiéval qui attire beaucoup de monde, très typique et à ne pas manquer. Nous y retournerons certainement tellement ce lieu nous a plu. Merci encore à Maria Helena et Vitor pour leur accueil et leur grande gentillesse.
