Lovely stay, great location

My girlfriend and I spent five weeks here working remotely and everything was great. Five minutes from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The pool is lovely and the apartment has all the amenities you would need. Would stay again!

The apartment was lovely, very clean and well equipped. The water filter was a positive addition and there was a cleaner weekly. The pool was cleaned daily and it felt in a very safe location. The owners were easy to communicate with.

Lovely apartment very well kept, had everything we needed. We loved eating our breakfast on the balcony which was shaded behind the coconut trees, very relaxing. The apartment had a well maintained large pool. Only negative was having to get our luggage up and down three flights of stairs also the apartment door had no number on it so initially difficult to find besides that we were very happy with our accommodation great value for what we paid

My second stay

Second time I rent it and would comme back, for sure. I especially appreciate the cleanliness, that's the principle fact for me. Don't need a car, everthing was close, supermarket, ATM, hairdresser and the beach. One more thing, very good beds, I sleep so well, good hot water pressure ans sunshine everyday! I would recommend this flat definitely!

Great apartment with a perfect location for us

In the end my girlfriend and I stayed 7 days in the apartment for 7 days, and it was great. The apartment is spacious, in a great location with everything you need. Following long days diving or exploring the island we were always happy to come back and felt like home. For the two of us it was very comfortable but it easily fits a family of 4. Unfortunately we didnt get to meet Terry and Frances, but they were easily reachable through HomeAway and responded to any queries promptly. They showed some great flexibility as well, as in the end we had to extend our stay for 2 more days than originally planned. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily return to it if we come back to Mauritius.

Die Unterkunft entspricht grundsätzlich der Darstellung auf den veröffentlichten Fotos u. vermittelt einen zutreffenden Eindruck der Ausstattung. Auffällig ist, dass die Palmen vor dem Balkon mittlerweile deutlich gewachsen sind. An der Einrichtung selbst wurden überwiegend keine Erneuerungen vorgenommen, sodass teilweise übliche Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden sind.Die Anlage insgesamt wirkt gepflegt u. bietet Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter ein Supermarkt (Winner Markt), sind gut erreichbar, ebenso wie Strand u. gastronomische Angebote.Während des Aufenthalts gestaltete sich die Kommunikation eingeschränkt, da keine direkte Kontaktmöglichkeit zu einer vor Ort zuständigen Person zur Verfügung stand. Es empfiehlt sich daher, entsprechende Kontaktdaten vor der Anreise verbindlich zu klären.Im Nachgang ergaben sich Unklarheiten im Zusammenhang mit einem Vorfall am Türbereich, der unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft u. ordnungsgemäßem zweimaligen Abschließen auftrat. Eine Türöffnung durch den vor Ort anwesenden Pförtner wurde erforderlich, nachdem ein Verlassen der Wohnung nicht mehr möglich war. Dieser öffnete die Tür ohne unsere Beteiligung. Eine abschließende Klärung des Sachverhalts erfolgte trotz längerer Korrespondenz nicht. Zudem wurde die hinterlegte Zahlungsmethode belastet, ohne dass für uns vorab eine entsprechende Mitteilung oder eine nachvollziehbare Grundlage in Form von Unterlagen oder Nachweisen ersichtlich war.

Une très belle semaine dans cet appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. Wir haben uns in der Anlage wegen der 24/7 Security sehr sicher gefühlt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand waren gut zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Der große, schöne Pool und die ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunication mit der Besitzserfamilie funtionierte wunderbar. Wir können diese gut ausgestattete, in der 2. Etage gelegene FeWo mit 3 Balkonen gerne weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement bien placé, au calme et proche de la plage (600 mètres à pied), du supermarché et des restaurants. Une petite "maison" très conviviale

Vraiment, je n'ai pas grand chose à dire. J'ai eu une très bonne impression sur le site, et dès lors que j'ai pris les clefs, cette petite maison "enchantée" m'a donnée plein d'énergie... C'est un endroit très tranquille, très propre et la sécurité est un de vos points forts. Merci aux personnels qui assurent notre tranquillité. Le soir, c'est tellement agréable de faire une petite promenade pour s'aérer et déguster de bons petits plats dans les restaurants du coin... Je m'abonne Encore merci

Great place to stay

Spacious, kitchen is well equipped, nice veranda to relax, close to supermarket, beach, restaurants, but at the same time, away from the buzz, so it is pretty quiet. The swimming pool is massive and great. The guards of the property are nice and super helpful.

One of our best apartments on Mauritius

The apartment complex is very well maintained, especially the spacious pool. The reception and departure went smoothly, all staff was very friendly. The apartment is modern, cosy and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed eating on the "palmy" balcony and appreciated having a second balcony for drying towels, swim suits etc. The washing mashine works properly. It´s only a five minute walk to the supermarket or to the beach and to the restaurants there. When returning to Flic en Flac we will book the apartment again.

Great clean and well equipped

Nice apartment with gated parking. Nice terrace overlooking palms and pool. Brand new and high quality towels and sheets. Nothing missing. Recommended.

Nous formons une petite famille de trois personnes, sans oublier Booma, notre fidèle compagnon à quatre pattes. Bien que je sois originaire de l'île Maurice, je vis à Sydney, en Australie, depuis plus de 35 ans. Une grande partie de ma famille réside toujours à Maurice, et nous aimons y retourner aussi souvent que possible afin de passer du temps avec eux.

Ce que nous aimons particulièrement dans ce quartier, c'est sa proximité avec la plage publique. Nous avons décoré l'appartement à notre goût, tout en gardant à l'esprit le confort de nos visiteurs. Nous avons créé un espace chaleureux, agréable et propice à la détente, afin que chacun puisse s'y sentir comme chez soi.

Ce logement offre un agréable balcon donnant sur la piscine, l'endroit idéal pour prendre son petit-déjeuner en toute tranquillité. C'est également près de la piscine que j'aime pratiquer mon yoga chaque matin.

La résidence est entièrement sécurisée avec un gardien présent 24 h/24 et 7 j/7, ce qui procure une grande tranquillité d'esprit.

Les hauts plafonds dans les espaces de vie donnent une belle sensation d'espace et de luminosité. Un autre avantage appréciable est qu'il n'y a aucun logement au-dessus du nôtre, ce qui garantit davantage de calme et d'intimité.

Situé à quelques minutes de la plage, l'appartement bénéficie également d'un emplacement privilégié sur la côte ouest de l'île. Cette région est protégée des vents froids en hiver, ce qui permet de profiter de l'océan et de la baignade tout au long de l'année.
