Great property in an excellent location - close to walking paths by lake and shops. Table tennis, foosball, hot tub, and swimming pool (lovely and warm), sauna were all used by us and great fun. Pillows were not good - too high. Need some big coffee/tea mugs. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. I will be staying here again! So comfortable and welcoming. The parking space was appreciated.

Great property and location. The unit is quite dark and the AC wasn’t working properly so it was hot at night for sleeping. If you plan to use the loft for sleeping make sure to bring eye covers as there is no blocking the sun.

We spent a few days here and the property was fantastic. Location was even better. If I had to change anything it would be that the AC could work a bit better as it got pretty warm at night. Other than that it was very nice.

Terrible Communication

It was a typical hot day in August when we arrived Saturday @ check-in time of 4pm. Unloaded and found suite to be too hot. Thermostat read 80 degrees. I called at 5 pm and when supervisor Tim called back he tried to walk me through fixing the issue. It didn’t fix the issue and we waited til Wednesday for it to be fixed. Terrible communication and on initial orientation I was told they will reimburse us $5 per star we give in our review. So if you see lots of 5 star reviews - that’s why. It’s a nice condo and if handled more personally & professionally we’d have given it a higher rating. Lastly, there’s 2 pools and yet why isn’t one designated as adult only?

Thanks for your review. One pool is strictly an outdoor pool at the resort. The 2nd pool is an indoor/outdoor pool where the door is closed during the winter, therefore they do not designate one of them as adults only. We did try to resolve the AC issue, however it is dependant on the contractor availability. Unfortunately it landed on a long weekend which may have added some extra delays.

My two daughters & I stayed at this suite, and had a wonderful time, the suite having a spacious loft allowed for independent work or rest from the rest of the suite. The place was well situated close to walking trails, amenities , view of the gorgeous lake and pool. Spacious deck with gas BBQ was wonderful to invite family over for dinner. The beds were very comfortable, suite was very clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes etc. The pool table and unique checker board was so much fun for family game nights The interior decorating was unique & beautiful island art collections, antiques, warm colours to give the feel of a comfortable cozy home. The vaulted ceilings and large windows brought in lots of light & the air conditioning was great to keep you cool and relaxed. The underground parking stall was close to the entrance elevator for ease of bringing in luggage & groceries. Overall it was a great place to stay , we will be back! I highly recommend for your next stay !!
