Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air as you relax around the gas firetable on the deck. Also on the main level is the master suite with queen bed, smart HDTV and private bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs is an open loft with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with shower.

Downstairs is a second living room with stone, gas-log fireplace, smart TV with DVD player, and an 8-in-one game table that includes mini pool, checkerboard, and air hockey. There's a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full bed, a shared full bathroom with clawfoot bathtub with shower, a laundry room, and a large lower deck with a wonderfully relaxing hot tub.

Outside has a fenced in area for pets and family to run around and burn off a little extra energy!

- Pet Rent: $25/nt per pet plus tax. Max of 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 30lb only.
- Note that this home offers limited parking. There is room for a max of two (2) cars. Oversized/long vehicles are not recommended.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
​​​​​​​Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
