Walk to the beach with Cupecoy beach directly outside and Mullet Bay Beach only a 1/2 mile away. Owners have diligently made the Lemon Drop Cove Two “green” with energy efficient lighting, 3 zone air conditioning, tank less water heater and ceiling fans throughout the unit.. Princess Juliana International Airport 2 miles to the east, a short taxi ride to the Blue Residence..
This condo is 1/10 mile (3 minute walk) to Porto Cupecoy, a vibrant community set around a bay-front promenade ringed by luxury boutiques and acclaimed restaurants, not to mention the convenience of a supermarket. Nightly entertainment is offered in the winter months! Porto Cupecoy has a marina and a place to charter boats for a day at sea leaving from and returning to the marina at Porto Cupecoy.

Peaceful, Perfect Paradise in Cupecoy!

The condo is so comfortable with stylish furnishings and modern amenities. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Fred is a gem...so friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with our island paradise stay! Can't wait to do it again next year!

April 2021 stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay and true to pictures. It is positioned in a great spot on the island central to pretty much everything. The interior was clean and well appointed, while the balcony was a wonderful and relaxing place to spend time eating and reading with a nice breeze and good shade offering relief from the hot Caribbean sun. Fred was easy to communicate with and showed concern when we arrived late and had not checked in as scheduled (air travel and Immigration delays). This place will be in our saved locations on St Martin for future trips.

Short but Spectacular Stay!

This property was just as it was listed...only much better!! The view is breathtaking! The balcony is perfect for grilling, hanging out & just gazing out to the sea inducing some serious tranquility. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated throughout, spacious bathroom with great rain showers & vanity lighting. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with everything you could possibly need to entertain. The neighborhood is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing, more upscale area away from the sometimes overwhelming & crowded Philipsburg. I believe it is within the Cupecoy marina “village” with fantastic restaurants, shopping, ice cream, grocery store, etc.. surrounding the super yachts in the marina. Such a great vibe! Location is perfectly situated for anything you might want to do on the island as well close to the airport. Working with Fred was 5 star from the moment we booked! He was always responsive & took great care of us. Sadly we only got to stay one night of our booking as flights were cancelled, borders closing & being called back to USA due to covid-19. (we are from Seattle & are in medicine) We highly recommend booking Lemon Drop Cove, you will be wowed!
