This property surpassed anything we could have hoped for. The location was convenient to touring, grocery store and a park. It has plenty of space for our group and was in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the space.
Ideal for what we wanted as daughter was running in the Edinburgh marathon. Comfortable beds, Clean and tidy. Only downside was only 1 car parking space and we had 3 cars as we came from different areas.
Good sized property for 4 adults and two children. Very well situated, most places we wanted to go (Playhouse, Dynamic Earth, Dept. of Magic, Museum) all within walking distance. Good convenience store and takeaway just a couple of minutes away. Would happily return.
We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary via Hogmanay with family and friends. The property was so very clean. Kudos to housekeeping. Paul was easy to communicate with during the whole process and during our stay. The apartment serviced 7 adults. The pull out sofa in the living room worked well and there's a door to that room (vs an open living space), so it was as private as a bedroom. Great week of eating, drinking and being merry!
Location was as represented in the photos. Flat was clean and comfortable.
Host asked us prior to arrival about how the beds should be configured. This was a nice touch. We chose "king" beds rather than 2 twin beds in the rooms.
Parking spot was an added bonus. We had a rental car we drove back from the Highlands and drove straight to the flat to unload our baggage, then returned the car.
Overall a pleasant stay.

Very pleasant apartment. Very clean & comfortable.
Great place, would definitely recommend this apartment! Very clean and roomy, comfortable beds, recently updated décor & furnishings. 5-10 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Hop on Hop Off bus stops. Very easy to catch a Hop on Hop off tour to the Old/New Town Centers. Large supermarket 5 minute walk away. No problems with noise at night, felt safe. Paul was there to meet us and show us around, helpful with anything we needed. There was a welcome basket of fruit for us and fresh milk in the fridge! Which was very pleasant, since we arrived after 9:00 pm. We enjoyed our stay here, would rent this apartment again.

The water pressures was so much that we sometimes got water on our bellies instead of on our hands. There were no wash cloths, just towels. The manager didn't email his instructions to us until we had already boarded the plane so we didn't have any way of knowing how to get the rental until the manager came to the place to let us in . The boiler didn't work for heat or hat water until the maintenance man came several hours later. After the first day and night we were

Could have been better.
Checking in and out was easy. Disappointed with dark small living/dining space which was small for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. Also, opened closet door or ensuite bedroom and found two wet towels stuffed on a shelf. Ensuite bath sink is a disaster! Turns on quickly and splashes out all over cabinet and puddles in floor drenching user. Had no paper towels anywhere to clean up puddle so had to use wet towels found in closet. Bedrooms were big, beds excellent, pillows small but comfy enough, and well lit. Kitchen was dismal in color and look, felt old and outdated. Floor in living area was not clean with a small pile of dirt by sofa foot. Location was walkable but impossible to get an Uber or taxi. Uber canceled 2x because they thought our address was the Brewery 2 blocks away. At check out we ended up hailing a stranger in the road to take us to the airport because Uber couldn't find us again and no taxi was available. Part of the problem is poor wireless connection at property.
Great plus was the Indian restaurant down the block and tiny store...without which we would have had no food since we had no car, no Uber and no taxi.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, gleich hinter dem Holyrood-Park, kurze Wege zur Bushaltestelle und zum einkaufen. Und die Betten sind ein Traum. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.Allerdings lagen hinter dem Sofa alte Putzlappen, es gab nicht genügend Tassen für 7 Personen. Für das Sofabett waren keine Decken und Kissen vorbereitet, so dass wir 3 Kinder zusammen in einem Doppelbett schlafen ließen um genügend Schlafplätze zu haben.Bei der Dusche spritzte Wasser aus dem Schlauch und die Belüftung im Bad funktionierte nur ab und zu.Das war sehr schade. Denn grundsätzlich wäre dies eine top-Wohnung! Mit diesen Mängeln jedoch war der Preis definitiv zu hoch.
Heerlijk appartement voor ons gezin ( 6 personen). Erg netjes, goede bedden, fijne keuken. Prima gelegen, vlakbij de bus om naar de stad te gaan, winkels in de buurt ruim voldoende, leuke pubs in de buurt.
Wir hatten ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende in Edinburgh. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, mit Blick auf Arthur Seats. Von dort ist fußläufig vieles erreichbar, vom Holyrood Palace bis hin zur Castle. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt hinter der Wohnung zur Verfügung.
This location was perfect for three couples. Having access to three king sized beds, a full kitchen and washer/dryer made this location perfect. The proximity to the Royal Mile and Arthur’s Seat made walking everywhere super easy.
I would stay here again.
The property fit our family’s needs perfectly. It combined a great location with all the amenities needed for a stress free, comfortable stay. Thanks!!!
Gut gelegene, schöne Wohnung mit herrlichen Betten
Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen hierher gereist um nach 2 Wochen ruhigen Highlands noch ein paar Tage Edinburg genießen zu können.
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen - quasi am Fuße von Arthur's Seat nahe der Altstadt. Zu Fuss ist man in 30 Minuten auf Edinburgh Castel und damit schon einmal durch die Altstadt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet. Am schönsten waren die drei Schlafzimmer und die Betten hier waren herrlich gemütlich. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein kleines Bad en suite, ein anderes Bad ist vom Flur aus zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung war gut für 6 Personen zu nutzen und wir können Sie sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable, spacious, good location, could be 5 stars but...
Pros: Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, nice lounge/dining room and quite a big kitchen. Very clean, good decor and nice that it's on the ground floor. Great location, within walking distance of the Royal Mile and off-street parking for two cars( although someone else was using one of them).
Cons: Kitchen could have a few more utility items. Only one tea towel, no washing up brush/scourers, exactly eight plates, knives, forks and cups for an eight bedroom flat is a little limiting. And the dishwasher did not work.
The most concerning thing by far was that when opening the boiler cupboard at the end of our stay we encountered a sticker on the boiler stating that 'This appliance is unsafe and must not be used' .
Clearly unacceptable and I hope that this is rectified before this great flat is used again.

The property has 3 bedroom (not eight) , kitchen equipment provided is designed for up to 8 guests so nothing should be missing . Dishwasher just been tested and its working perfectly well . The sticker on the boiler was attached only for WARNING purposes informing any unauthorised person must DO NOT touch it under Gas Safety Regulations .

Excellent base for a weekend celebration
The accommodation we booked lived up to expectations. The area was quiet and near Holyrood Park for walks. Well planned layout.Good parking, warm and lots of hot water. Everything worked well.
A few extra saucepans, serving bowls, a colander and extra jug would have been appreciated. Otherwise perfect.
Can recommend this accommodation for a very special stay.
