About this property

Direct oceanfront vacation condo in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. We have purchased a new stove and dishwasher this year and an updated master bathroom. Unit 901 is a penthouse, four bedroom, three bath oceanfront corner unit with spectacular views. The condo is on the top floor and is takes up half of the top floor. The master bedroom and living room have some of the best views in North Myrtle Beach. There are two king beds, one double bed and two twin beds in the condo. There is a full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, and the kitchen is stocked for light cooking. The property has an outdoor pool, WiFi access, and charcoal grills!

This is our second home. No house parties, no smoking, and no pets. The primary renter must be the person who rented the condo.

The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.

The rental agreement agreed to at booking must be signed and returned within 10 days. We require a valid address, driver's license, and credit card.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Family Beach Vacation

My daughter’s family and my grandson who spends every summer with us all enjoyed North Myrtle Beach. Spent everyday on the beach, my son-in-law bought a skimming board and spent time learning that fun, the teenagers slept in and then enjoyed the beach each afternoon and we played various games in the evenings. Not to mention all the different restaurants we enjoyed this week. Fun time spending it with our loved ones who live in different States. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo where we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we loved the balcony! Lots of memories were made this week! Thanks again!

It was great. We were six adult over 50. The condo had a great balcony size and ocean view. Only problem was one bedroom had a regular size bed not a queen.

Mid Summer Vacation

This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo was ideal for our group. Three seniors, two adults and two teenagers gave everyone their own space. Kitchen well stocked and enough work space. Close to grocery stores. I would recommend this unit.
