Each condo has a full kitchen, giving you the option of casual in-room meals or dining out at some of the excellent local restaurants.

RELAX IN THE SWIMMING POOL or lounge on the beachside sundeck. Everyone will enjoy Windy Hill's family-friendly atmosphere and its wide stretch of gently sloping beach. Dining suggestions for the Windy Hill area include local favorites - Hamburger Joe's for a tasty casual lunch, the fabulous Shrimp & Grits at the House of Blues, and Joe's Bar & Grill for an exquisite marshfront dinner. For shopping and family fun, check out nearby Alligator Adventure and Barefoot Landing.

FREE WIFI in the condos and common areas makes it easy for you to stay connected while you're on holiday. The large oceanfront windows and sliding glass doors allows a vast view of the Atlantic. Parking restrictions: One vehicle on site and one vehicle in the auxiliary off-site parking area. Sorry, motorcycles and trailers are not permitted.

The check-in process was easy, the place was clean, the location was good. The condo could definitely use some updates, but overall was nice.

Great condo!

The condo was neat and tidy. I don't have many complaints other than the mattresses could've been updated to something softer and the dryer may be on the out (it never cooled down the clothes and always very, very hot). Otherwise, the bedrooms were spacious, the view was amazing, check in was easy, and overall we had a great time in this condo!

Beautiful view, but some issues

The positives were it is a beautiful view, with a spacious beach. The unit was very clean. The check-in process was a terrible experience. We waited almost two hours past the check-in time because no one sent us a text with the code to get in. We continued to call the realtor until someone finally answered and gave us the code to get in. There really is no reason anyone should have to drive to the realtor in the first place. The parking passes were already sent via email. The condo is a little dated. Lights in two of the bathrooms were out. One of the bedrooms did not have a working tv. One of the outlets in the other bedroom did not work, making it challenging to charge devices. The walls are pretty thin. We heard people in the unit next door, and the trash collection is right below the unit, and the garbage truck arrives early, and is very loud. And I wish the balcony had more chairs.

Needs Updating

The check-in process is very outdated. The info can easily be emailed instead of having to go out of my way to pickup the code and parking passes at their office. The parking situation is very inconvenient, you are only allowed 1 car on property and you must park 1 other allowed car a block away. Any overflow needs to be parked 3 miles away - not secure at all. The online photos made the condo look huge - not the case at all. We had 7 people sharing the unit and were on top of each other all weekend. The photos should reflect the real size of the unit.

Location was great and the condo itself lovely, we would definitely stay again if cleanliness and upkeep are addressed. Mold in master bath, several lamps not working, and lights bulbs burnt out. Leaking ducts above master bed leaving our pillows wet and dirty. Just needs some of overall updating with structure
