This luxury home will exceed your expectations in both the location and comfortable luxury of all, down to the smallest detail. DOG FRIENDLY! The yard is very special as the pool house is decorated and has a/c, fridge, etc. The backyard is gated and fully surrounded with 20' privet hedges for complete privacy. This is a perfect property for your family, friends, or gathering. It is within 2 miles of the beach, 1 mile of driving ranges (golf), wineries, the extraordinary town of Southampton, exceptional museum, excellent restaurants, the ocean, tennis, farm stands, hospital and firehouse, and some of the best golf courses in the country. Multiple beaches, horse riding barns, surfing, fishing, and movie theater. The location is ideal as the ocean and town are close!
