Visit our great weekend getaway in the heart of Colorado.

Stay in the heart of downtown in a recently renovated loft located in a historical building built in 1886, one of towns oldest buildings The entire building has been totally redone inside and out even with historical colors selected for the exterior.. Walk to all the art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Raft, kayak, flyfish, mountain bike, hike, ski/snowboard, sno-cat ski, golf, horse-back ride, soak at 5 different hot springs within 30 minutes, or just for everybody! The loft offers a peaceful, tranquil environment to escape from the hectic activities of life.

This unique 2nd floor loft style property has views of all the mountains, yet is right downtown, so you can walk everywhere. It has a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, 12ft ceilings, exposed original brick walls, gas grill, washer/dryer, wine cooler, and feels like home! One queen bed and a king bed, with luxury bedding, down comforters and goose-down pillows. Great for all seasons. Salida is the hidden gem of the rockies. Everything anyone could want is out my back door. Any questions or for specifics, please feel free to call!

Salida offers the largest downtown historical district in all of Colorado and is surrounded by endless outdoor activities. Home of the Arkansas River, the greatest concentration of 14er's in the continental US, and close to Great Sand Dunes National Park.

We allow one well behaved dog for a $50 non refundable pet fee. Please reach out if you have questions.

Perfect stay

Family of 4 (kids 7-9 years of age) and our dog all stayed for a week. The condo is beautiful. I enjoyed the artwork from all their travels around the condo. The location was close to F street and the park, so it was easy access to everything. We will definitely check for availability for all of our future Salida visits. Cheers!

Great weekend away

This is a great loft for a weekend away! It was so fun be walking distance to everything downtown. We enjoyed going out after a day skiing. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I would highly recommend it!

Spring break ski trip

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for walking in town and only 25-30 mins to the mountain to ski. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect apartment in the perfect location

My daughter and I stayed here for my niece’s wedding but there was definitely room for 2 couples. Beautiful kitchen, views of the mountains and the BEST comfy bedding, pillows and mattresses! Super easy short walk to all the shops restaurants and river walk in Salida and yet quiet at night. Renters need to be able to carry bags up to tue second floor. I highly recommend this place!

Fun and unique condo
