Come and Relax as you deserve a break in our 3 bedroom/2 bath 1750 sq ft SFH located 1.5 miles to the heart of Bethany Beach Delaware. This home is located on a quiet private street with one level living.
This includes a full kitchen, kitchen towels provided, Keurig coffee maker, central A/C, 3- ROKU TV's with Internet/WIFI only, screened porch for insect free evenings.

Garage includes space for your car! (Hot Rod or Corvette!)
Space also for your own personal
beach gear, bikes, stroller etc.


The Community of Clearwater is a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a Pool and Tennis Court. Our neighborhood is bike friendly!, perfect for joggers and morning or evening strolls.
Our community pool will open May 25, 2024 and will stay open until Monday Labor Day Weekend or until given notice. ***The pool is now open.***Pool pass is provided.
Our community follows the guidelines published by the Department of Public Health for the operation of public and private pools in the State of Delaware.

There are 2 Ponds that are catch and release only, for those that like to cast a line.
Our location is very convenient to all that Bethany Beach has to offer to include: guarded beaches (in season), Boardwalk, Bandstand, Restaurants and Shopping.

Driveway and On street parking that is directly in front of the house.
Paper products provided for our week and weekend guests i.e. TP, paper towels, napkins
Toddler bed with crib size mattress available with advance notice only. (Fits your crib size sheets)
High Chair
Graco Travel Crib ( small size pack n play) also available with advanced notice only (bring baby's blankets)

For peace of mind all of our mattresses are in a Lullalori premium mattress encasement. Lullalori encasements protect against spills, has an anti-dust mite and bed bug shield, and are also hypo allergenic. All of our sleep pillows are in a Sleep Defense System pillow encasement that are water proof, dust mite proof, allergy proof and bacteria proof. Sometimes this issue can be overlooked when planning a vacation, so we have you and your family covered!
All beds have linens and sleep pillows. Extra fluffy blankets for each bed in closet.
All bathrooms have per guest bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.

Our TV's are ROKU TV's that are set for Guest Mode.
Sign into your apps to watch your content.
Select your date of departure on screen. On the date you select, you will be automatically signed out and your information will deleted at 11am on selected day.
Guest Mode provides peace of mind that your viewing history remains private and all of your accounts are secure.

Pretty home that was clean and comfy. Location was quiet and close to all the attractions. The home was much more spacious than I expected. It was very clean and we appreciated the extra touches like extra kitchen supplies. We biked around the neighborhood and used the tennis court and the pool. Thank you for a lovely but way too short visit. We would book again.

Great family friendly house!

We loved our short stay here. The house is clean and spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We were staying with our toddler and the host graciously provided multiple sleeping options for her and a high chair. We even noticed outlet covers in all of the plugs which was helpful with inquisitive toddler fingers. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the beach and boardwalk. We will definitely book again!

Home away from home, but more relaxing!

I can’t say enough great things about this house! So clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space to put things away so you’re not tripping over bags and beach stuff. A short, easy trip to our favorite beach and easy walk to the community pool. The hubs and kids had fun at the catch-and-release pond too. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet so I really enjoyed my coffee and reading on the porch. I think we just found our go-to beach house!

Beautiful and clean house

I spent two nights with my husband and our friends. The house is very clean and well-stocked. Everything is prepared for your use like beach chairs, grill, and even beach toys for kids. It was very impressive. The host, Caren, responds quickly and is very friendly.

Spacious home in good location

Caren’s house was great for our COVID beach vacation. It was very clean and enjoyable to hangout and relax. We spent days at the beach which is an easy bike ride away and evening hanging out at home. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Multiple TVs meant everyone in our family of 4 could watch their show. We also enjoyed the community pool and tennis court. The check in was easy so we could start our vacation right away. I would definitely recommend Caren’s home.

Cozy house

We enjoyed our stay near Bethany Beach. This house is in a great community with tennis court and pool. It’s a bike ride or walk to the beach if you do t want to deal with parking at the beach. There are a few single steps by the front door, living room to dining room and living room to the bedrooms so could be tough with little kids you are concerned with steps. It is just 1 in each location. We had a great time and enjoyed the house.

After Labor Day

Caren, the host was great to work with. The home was welcoming, no yard to hang out in, if you are looking for that, But going to a beach town don't think the yard is a concern. I would definitely go back to this area, but before Labor day, not after. Many stores were closed and other amenities were limited.

This was home was perfect in many ways firstly thank you Caren for responding promptly during our communication throughout this booking. I must say this home was very well kept and clean. There was plenty of room even though it was just my wife and I during our weekend getaway. The house was well stocked Including all the beach necessities that you may need. Everything was in working order. The mattress in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. The home was just about 5 mins away from the beach along with many restaurants also in a great and quite neighborhood I will consider this home in the near future for sure.

Great place!

This was by far the best rental experience we had! As soon as we walked in we could tell the house was just cleaned. Everything was in good condition and the owner left out small amenities that really helped (K cups, first aid kit, Wi-Fi info, personalized pool pass info, make up remover). Also the owner reached out out a few days prior to the trip to let me know she would be as responsive as possible and told me she would send the door code 24 hours ahead of the trip (and of course she did)! The beds were comfortable and each room had ceiling fans. Great location and quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family!

Stress free and relaxing didn't have to worry about anything.. The neighbors were really freindly.. The house was beautiful, clean, and the right size for all of us. The owner was easy to get ahold of for any questions. Thank you for the early check in on Friday with the wedding rehearsal at 430 being able to get settled in early really was a blessing..
