The accommodation is an independent and renovated 105-m² apartment on the ground floor of a 19th-century villa giving onto the park of a small other property. La Croisette and the railway station are a 15-minute walk away, Nice airport is about 20 minutes away. There is a private terrace with a table and garden chairs. Private internet (with television and telephone) There is air conditioning, two bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed, the other one with 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet, a double sink, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There also is an independent toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances, crockery, cooking utensils and all of the usual necessary. Sheets and towels are provided. There is lots of storage space. Peaceful and commercial district, regular buses with stops nearby. The owners live in the same villa. They are at your disposal for giving providing you with all the advice and addresses you need. Upon request, there is a parking space in the enclosed garden. In case you want to bring animals, please notice from beforehand.

Very elegant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a convenient location.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the whole process of dealing with the owners very easy. The apartment is spacious and well appointed internally with good parking and local shops for provisions. I would happily stay again.

The apartment is great. It's really big, and absolutely fully-equipped: it literally has everything you might need during your stay. It's 20 miinutes from the Palais if you walk, and around 12 if you take the bus; the bus stop is 2 minutes away. Severine and her husband live upstairs, and they are the perfect hosts: present when you need them, absent when you don't.

Séjour d‘un mois à Cannes

L'appartement est situé dans un parc pittoresque près d'un arrêt de bus et de magasins. On peut rejoindre à pied la gare, le centre-ville et la mer en 15 à 25 minutes. L'appartement très spacieux a un caractère particulièrement charmant et est idéal pour un séjour prolongé et détendu pour visiter la ville de Cannes et les villages pittoresques environnants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ici et aimerions y revenir un jour.

Grand appartement très cosy et accueillant. Très joli cadre, un superbe jardin. Calme en plein cœur de la ville, proche des commerces et non loin des plages. Grande gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires qui donnent de précieux conseils. Une vrai plus: une place de parking.

Best villa in Cannes for the money

Villa has everything that you would need for your stay. Owners on property and were very attentive of our needs especially with a little one in tow. Within walking distance of bus lines and beaches. Owners went above and beyond to us as guests. If I ever return I would return here.

Nous avons passé trois excellentes semaines de vacances en famille dans ce vaste appartement, situé à 15 mn à pied de la Croisette, très confortable avec une grande cuisine, très bien équipée, et de belles pièces de réception qui nous ont permis de recevoir famille et amis, parfois nombreux, avec le même niveau de confort que si nous avions été chez nous. Le plus : les propriétaires, qui habitent au dessus, sont très agréables.

Schön renovierte, geräumige Altbauwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern

Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind modern und der Rest der Wohnung ist mit hübschen, antiken Möbeln im französischen Stil eingerichtet. Der Garten, der ein wenig einem kleinen Park ähnelt, kann von allen Bewohnern uneingeschränkt genutzt werden. Zusätzlich hat man eine eigene Terasse, die zum draußen sitzen einlädt. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zudem kann man sich mit Frau Tabry sehr gut auf Deutsch verständigen und Englisch stellt sowieso kein Problem dar. Dies wiegt kleinere Mängel (Klotür nicht abschließbar, Boden nicht perfekt sauber, Klappbett für 4. Person etwas hart, man kann aber auf das Schlafsofa ausweichen) voll und ganz auf.
