Beautiful recent bastide in the Aix countryside with views of the Sainte Victoire mountain for 16 people. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 m2 and has a large pool of 15 m by 6 m.

The country house is composed of 8 rooms 16 beds with new extra large Treca beds of 180 cm by 200 cm and 29 cm 5 * hotel in thickness. There are 4 bathrooms with bathtubs or walk-in showers, 4 separate toilets.

A beautiful living room with fireplace and large openings on the park and pool.

The proximity of the center of Aix en Provence you will enjoy all the charms of this city of water and art.

Ideally located in the heart of Provence, you will discover the Luberon and its castles, Avignon and its Palace of the Popes, Marseille and its creeks, the Camargue and its pink flamingos, the French Riviera, ...

Lovely house for a big group

We visited as a family and it was a great house for that. Lovely pool, areas to eat and had everything we needed. Only problem was a noisy group in the house next door but the owner told us they are being cautious about this going forward. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing Villa

Everything from the start was first class, amazing and just wonderful. We all can not say enough about the villa and the owners and our stay. It was a family vacations, across 4 generations. It was more wonderful than words can express. The villa was perfect for all ages, we would highly recommend this villa to all of our friends. It's a treasure in Provence!

Family Vacation

Our family of 9, our children and their families, really enjoyed the house and property. The many bedrooms and bathrooms, pool and equipped kitchen were perfect for us. Elisabeth and Giles were wonderful from start to end. I recommend this house to anyone wanting to be near Aix and the Provencal surrounding area. A car is a must as the house is set back in a place that can be hard to find. The neighbors were very noisy, on 2 different nites, one with loud music until after 130 am and the other with screams and loud conversations until after midnight.

Bien mais nécessite une bonne rénovation!

Peut-être du à la fin de saison?? mais l'ensemble du bien nécessite vraiment une bonne rénovation. Pour le prix, nous avons été déçus et nous avons souvent connu bien mieux. Carrelages cassés et juste camouflés avec une carpette (dangereux avec les pieds des enfants!), plan de cuisine cassé, poignées de portes non fixées, coussins de piscine très sales, piscine pas très propre et remplie de petits coquillages (mollusques mal odorants). L'évacuation des déchets ménagés est laborieuse. Concernant l'arrivée, pas avant 18h! (et pour un départ avant 10h) pour que le nettoyage (pendant 8 heures) puisse avoir lieu, mais il laisse vraiment à désirer. Et pas trop après 18h non plus sinon ça semble énerver la propriétaire. Pas facile avec les bouchons... Malgré la déception du rapport qualité/prix, la semaine reste agréable. En l'état actuel, la note globale devrait se situer autour de 3/5 maximum.

Merveilleux sejour

Superbe villa, nous etions 15 (5 couples et 5 enfants). Les chambres, salles de bains et toillettes sont tres propres, la cuisine tres fonctionnelle. Nous avons aprecié l’agencement de l’exterieur avec un salon qui nous donne la possibilite de profiter de nos soiree. La température de la piscine est parfaite, nous avons pu en profiter en soirée. La villa est aussi tres bien située, pour un court sejour nous avons visité Aix et ses alentours et Marseille à 30 min.

Skøn afslappende ferie

Vi var 4 generationer på ferie. Boligen er udstyret med alt man har brug for. Dejligt stort køkken og stor grill udenfor. Alle sov godt i sengene. Alt så næsten bedre ud da vi ankom end billederne på VRBO. Vi havde en skøn ferie.

We had an incredible time at this property. The house was as described and Giles and Elisabeth went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were so helpful with coordinating groceries and even helped make sure our friends made it to their bus on time. We would love to go back again in the future!

Great 1-stop holiday destination close to city

Our stay in July/August 2021 was a very very positive experience; the house is on a big property surrounded by 4+ meters conifers which make it very private; a big lawn with a large size pool featuring an elegant water fountain make the outdoors beautiful. The villa has a trendy interior with high-end furnishings in both the spacious living and dining room. Our family loves to cook and enjoyed working in the kitchen which is very well equipped. Good quality mattresses, pillows and linen. Shower and pool towels provided. Lots of outdoor options for both sun or shade; we especially appreciated the covered lounge area on the west side. We have to say that all website pictures are accurate and representative. Great booklet put together by the owner to understand details on the house and inventory; plus how and where to recycle and dispose of garbage; it had recommendations for restaurants, shopping, sights to visit, etc. Overall lots of positives. Area of attention would be to improve / extend WIFI coverage and a few small maintenance items that are probably already fixed. All of our family members that were there are looking forward to revisit.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette magnifique bastide. Les photos sont conformes à l’annonce. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont très gentils et agréables. Seul bémol l’autoroute est à côté et nous entendons les voitures

Nous sommes ravis de vos bons commentaires sur notre bastide. Nous n'avons jamais eu de remarques depuis des années concernant le bruit des voitures car la route est assez loin de la maison. En temps normal la propriété est calme et lorsqu'il y a du vent dans notre région en général c'est le "Mistral" qui vient du Nord-Ouest et qui au contraire nous fait bénéficier du silence.

Très belle maison, spacieuse, bien équipée avec des propriétaires charmants et soucieux de notre bien-être. La région est super et la petite ville de Venelles à proximité permet d'effectuer toutes les courses pour le séjour. La piscine est particulièrement magnifique. The house is exactly as described. It was great for a large group with lots of different areas to socialise as well as plenty of space to retreat if you want some quiet time. The owners were very helpful and fulfilled a number of requests we had within hours.

We had an awesome time with a group of 14 people. Very relaxing atmosphere comfortable beds and large open family rooms. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. House is centrally located in the center of Provence only 1 hour from the beach and 1 hour from the mountains. There is a need for a car as there are no local shops within walking distance. Highly recommended for a large group seeking a relaxing holiday and a pool

Nous avons passé seulement 4 jours dans la villa, nous venions avec des amis pour un mariage à 10km. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et la maison est vraiment superbe, tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour, même nombreux (cuisine très fonctionnelle, grands espaces, etc...) ! Mention spéciale pour la literie haut de gamme, je recommande vivement et espère pouvoir y séjourner plus longtemps une prochaine fois. L'endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

Fantastic week

I highly recommend this house for a large group, it was very spacious and clean and as the listing described. We had a group of 17 and there was plenty of space for all of us. It is well located, close by to Aix and within close distance to Avignon, luberon, Verdon and Cassis. Great location, great house, great vacation.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette merveilleuse villa. Il s'agit d'une propriete enchantée au bien milieu de la verdure. L'endroit est calme, tres bien soigne et pas très loin du centre (15mns en voiture du centre d'Aix) Le jardin et la piscine sont tres bien entretenus, c'est un endroit ou vous passerez le plus de temps, tellement relaxant! Une belle cuisine et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour se faire de bons repas. Très ensoleillée, la ville dispose vraiment de tout le nécessaire pour passer de superbes vacances. Les chambres sont toutes de tres bonne taille et la literie est excellente ce qui vous permet de passer de tres bonnes nuits. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très professionnelles et très à l'écoute, ils sont vraiment très agréables. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler d'eux et de cette magnifique villa à notre entourage, merci beaucoup pour votre accueil chaleureux
