Penthouse located on fourth floor of fairly new La Joya Condominiums in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle , Nayarit. Penthouse is accessible by elevator and staircase. The property is fully furnished and has two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, full bathroom and own personal entrance to balcony. Second bedroom has two full sized beds with bedding. Both bedrooms have closet space and furniture to put away clothes etc. Kitchen comes equipped with all cooking needs, dining table and dining space near kitchen space. Balcony area comes with outside furniture, table and outdoor gas grill. Access to penthouse comes with pool area and club house features such as gym, patio area, and office area for internet needs. La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is surrounded by many small beach towns that are very accessible by public transportation and with the city of Puerto Vallarta only 25 minutes away.
