Couples and small families alike will love exploring the Gulf Highlands from the comfort of this Gulf Shores plantation suite, featuring a shared pool, a great location near local sights, and easy access to the beach.

Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away, along with the fresh food of the Sassy Bass Grill. Hop in the car, and Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away. Nine miles westward is Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks, as well as access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry.

Things to know:
Guests will have access to six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.
Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Very Relaxing!

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and accommodating. Very nice place to get away and relax for a few days! Will be back again to visit!

My son, granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay in this simply designed and stocked condo environment. The listing was true to its pictures and amenities. The pull out sleeper sofa mattress was very uncomfortable, which led to a rating of 4.0 instead of a 5.0. This resort was quiet,family friendly and had dining options within walking distance or a short drive. The best part of our experience was the view from our balcony, swimming in the pool which has water levels from 1-5 feet to accommodate different swimming abilities and spending hours on the beach. I would definitely return to this Fort Morgan area in the future!

The view was beautiful. The overall experience was awesome. The furniture was and appliances was a little outdated and the tub didn’t drain well but you couldn’t beat the price for the view. It was also very clean. I give it a 4 out of 5. I would stay again

I love the beach and swimming pool view from the balcony. The place is adequate for 4 people. The beach is very close to the room. Amenities like kitchen, couch, extra comforts and pillows, etc are great to use.

Pleasant Stay

We loved our condo! It was clean and welcoming! We felt like we were coming home each day. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was really thin and so we bought an air mattress. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood!

Beach is close, but apartment is not very good.

This property gets 2 stars because it is literally few steps from the beach. Beach is nice, although whoever is responsible for cleaning could do a better job picking up pieces of wood and branches scattered all over. It also has a decent size swimming pool. Restrooms do not get cleaned too often. At first it was a nice surprise, but few days into our stay we realized it was not the case. Someone popped outside of the toilet and it stayed there for 3 days (maybe longer but we left). The apartment is OK size wise. We were ok with it because we went to the beach daily, but if its raining and there's 4 people sharing it, that might be a tight situation. Cleaning service should up their game, which is reason why im giving it such low review. We found hair everywhere (straight, black, 4-5 in long). It was on 'clean' towels and linen provided, it was in the shower and its walls, in the kitchen. Bedding covers had unwashed stains, which clearly shows it was not washed before we arrived. Clean dishes had greasy fingerprints on them. Strainer for pasta would be a nice addition to whats provided. And none of the sinks had sink stoppers.

We loved the balcony view and cleanliness of this unit. It was more roomy than another we previously booked, though had less storage and hooks for beach gear and sandy shoes. The kitchen was lacking some basic supplies that would have been nice to have on hand, but the Dollar General was a quick drive away.

This rental was quite affordable and the value was exceptional. This rental was clean and efficient. The view is great. Quiet. Peaceful. Everything we were hoping for. The pool was wonderful. Sassy Bass Grill was an unexpected surprise. We love that place as well. I know we will return. One of the best vacation stays we have had. Although we have stayed at much more "luxurious" places, we enjoyed this rental so much more for its simplicity and peace. We hated to leave!
