Beautiful, well maintained home (new construction 2012) just two blocks from several Southampton village beaches and walking distance to the village. Five bedrooms and one bunk room allows for a maximum sleeping capacity of 13. Dining room seats 10. Outdoor porch with seating and dining area which seats 10. Cherished family home is turn key, clean, happy and bright. There is a heated swimming pool with small poolhouse (mini fridge, full bath, living area and flat screen tv), outdoor shower.
