Very good

The location worked well for us. The room was adequate but in need of some cleaning and maintenance. The light switches looked filthy at first, but then I realized they were just beaten up from use. The moldy shower curtain was gross. The dresser was wobbly making the drawers hard to open. Those would be easy fixes and make for a more pleasant experience. I was glad for the refrigerator, coffee pot, and hot water pot. We also enjoyed the balcony view. The beds were comfortable enough.
The only thing was that the parking was a little tight compared to other garages but overall no complaints. Everything went smoothly and was very efficient. I would definitely stay again.
Room was in a great location to get to things in Waikiki. We rented a car through Turo twice and pickups were close. Room is a little dated but fair. Not much of a kitchen if you are considering making meals.
Very comfortable, clean and inviting. Unit 507 was just the right size for us. Only problem was there was no hangers in the small closet, so it was hard to hang up any clothes. We enjoyed the balcony with 2 chairs and small table. Having coffee out there in the morning was very nice. Would have like to have a keurig coffee machine, but we made it anyway .

Close to the beach, and walkable to a lot of dining options. Room itself was tired - needs a good paint job and thorough cleaning. "Kitchenette" doesn't have a sink - have to use bathroom sink. Nice that they provide beach towels and some other beach equipment if you want to use it.

very disappointed in this property. old rooms balcony door would not open and i had to leave this place because of that. no refund was provided for the full stay just the number of days not used. a unit that was flawed should deserve a full refund. the repair took long. difficult to get quick response from mark

I am sooo against reviews to be honest or any negativity but I have to let others know before booking…I was so excited for my first time in Hawaii as it was on my bucket list….other than walking a lot the worst thing about my my trip was my room…nothing was cleaned…fridge stunk and the sink was dirty… there is mold in the shower there was kids stickers on the dressers and tags inside of it the floor looked like it hasn’t been moped In years…there was zip ties holding the ENTIRE rod and curtain up along the whole sliding glass door…but you wanted to keep that shut because the door is broke and has a huge hole bottom right corner no matter what was you try and close the door…there were rips all in the sheets and curtains like beauty and the beast movie lol there was a leak in the ceiling(which I told them about)…..when I tell you it doesn’t look anything like the pictures please believe me….i wish I would’ve saved my money and paid more for a decent at least room not to mention the side of the door was cracked so it looks like people have broken in before.
Upon arrival, we checked in with ease. We paid for parking and headed up to the garage. It is TIGHT, managing getting around is very precise. We found our room, it is older… and small, but we didn’t spend much time in the room during the day. The beds were comfortable, but it had not been thoroughly cleaned from the guest before us. There was a lot of women’s hair in the shower… halfway through our trip we got a phone call while we were out that maintenance needed to access our room because of a water leak in the room above us. When we returned, they had left the unit dirty and thrown our towels away. When we checked in we were only given 6 towels for a week long stay… we tried to ask for more and were told it was our responsibility to wash our towels/linens if we needed more. I have used Vrbo numerous times and never had this issue. We were given 1 toilet paper roll refill… and had to go out and purchase more for our stay as well. We found this to be very weird. When I messaged the owner about our towel issue after the leak it took over 14 hours to get a response. The next day we finally made contact with him and he sent someone over to replenish our towels. He also gave us beach towels for the trouble. We were greatly appreciative. The unit is in a great location, right across the road from the Hilton Village. My kids swam numerous times in the lagoon and we were able to watch the fireworks on Friday with ease. The elevators are SLOW. All in all it was a good stay.

Hébergement que je recommande, avec mes parents et ma soeur, on se sentait comme chez nous. Proche de pas mal de commerce et restaurant.
Had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location just off the beach. Staff were helpful, and check in and check out were easy. Paid for on-site parking, which was great, but the space is tight. Great value.
The suite is older, but very clean and sufficient for our 3 day stay. We really appreciated having a nice cold refrigerator and air conditioning. Beach towels were also provided. Great location to shops, food and the beaches. Everything is within a short walking distance. Just a heads up, if you’re renting a car, parking is a nightmare ……it’s hard to find and is pricey! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite and host/manager.
Started our Hawaii trip here. There were 4 ladies in our group and check in was easy, hotel staff was friendly and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. We weren’t in our room a lot but it was plenty of room for what we needed. *IHOP is next door, McDonalds is down the street as well as an ABC store. *
Mark was very helpful . The bad thing is the parking but 2 blocks away was a cheaper and the walk was not so bad . Lots of towels which was helpful and we are out in the balcony 😊thank you for responding quickly mark !
My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Hawaii. We were honestly surprised by the price for what we got, I guess you pay for the location of being close to Waikiki beach and the touristy area. It's a very standard hotel-type property, with a few extra things like utensils/plates/crockpot, but really would rate it as a 3/5 star standard hotel room from our experience across multiple countries. It had everything we needed, was in a safe location, and staff were always available at the front desk for any questions we had. It was clean, beds were relatively comfortable, and served our purpose for staying in Honolulu.
Close to shops and walking distance to everything. The only thing was that the balcony sliding door would not close and the owner did not come to fix it the next day so we closed it as much as we could. The TV also kept giving us a "no signal" message. Other than that it was a pleasant stay as we were always out and about. If you don't want to rent a car, location is very good. There is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel.
Awesome Location, everything was walking Distance.
Convenient, unexpensive.
