New Modern Midtown Home

The Space:
This House can fit up to 6 adult guests comfortably with 3 bedrooms, a garage and a driveway for private parking. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adjoining bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom, has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. The second bathroom is located in between the two bedrooms. Wi-fi and a TV are set up in the living room for entertainment. Also, enjoy the outdoor weather on our furnished patio! Wi-fi information will be shared with you upon check in.

Neighborhood Overview:
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, but if you are looking for something to do our duplex is centrally located to the hottest spots in town. It’s a few minutes away from Aksarben Village, UNMC, UNO, and Baxter Arena. Five minutes away from Downtown Omaha, Ralston Arena, and a few minutes more to TD Ameritrade Park, CenturyLink Center, and Mid-America Center. This is brand new construction with upscale finishes located in the heart of Omaha. It is also conveniently located to a grocery store, shopping, movie theater and several restaurants.

Guest access:
This duplex is a full-time vacation home which means you have access to the whole space including the laundry room. We provide the kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware, as well as hand soaps, dish soap, laundry soap, and towels. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in bedroom closets.

Interaction with Guests:
We live and work close to the property, so we can be accessible by phone if you have any questions or if any issues arise. We ask that after 9 pm, phone calls should be limited to emergency maintenance only. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This home was the perfect size for our family to stay in during Thanksgiving. The living room was spacious and we were able to have other family members over to watch a football game and play cards. It was nicely remolded and a great size for the 4 of us. Great location as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home!!

I would recommend this property for anyone that needs to be close to a family member at Nebraska Medicine. The property was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for the week. The owners were great to work with and very friendly.

Great Location

Home is in a great location just a few miles from the zoo, the water park and the downtown area. HyVee grocery store very near (we even walked there once) and Walmart just a few miles but we preferred HyVee. Home is very clean and well-appointed. Plenty of space for our group. Tracy was easy to communicate with.

Lovely Property

We stayed here for two months while in Omaha after my daughter had a kidney transplant. The house was lovely and the space was what we needed. The kitchen was very scant for a long term stay. We mostly ate at home and there were a lot of items we wished the kitchen had. The street was busier than expected, and not ideal with littles. There also was construction up and down the street and on several days it made access to the house difficult. Overall, TJ was very response with any issues or concerns and we had a great stay.
