A Spacious Home With Great Views & Wildlife

This is a 4400 square foot open floor plan home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a separate office. The main floor master bedroom with master bath has large walk in shower with 2 shower heads. 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. The house can comfortably sleep 10 with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and two twins. The king and one of the queen beds are sleep number beds with adjustable air mattresses. There is a separate office with a computer, printer and wireless internet if you need to check in with work. Workout area in basement has free weights, yoga ball and mats and treadmill. In the family room you will find a 65” 4K television with surround sound stereo. In addition there is a great gas fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings. The kitchen is fully appointed with a large island. Adjacent is a formal dining table that seats 8. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the front porch with a view of the lake, or on cooler days enjoy the lake views from the living room. The location is great to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. The neighborhood Bingham Lake, is less than a mile away and a great place to fish or go for a nice walk. Castlewood Canyon State park is 10 miles away, about a 15 minute drive. Parker is a great location to get to Denver, Colorado Springs, or head up to the Rocky Mountains! The amazing ski resorts are 2 hours away. You will be approximately a 30 minute drive from the Rocky Mountains. Everything you may need as far as shopping is a short drive away.

This was an excellent space. The four bathrooms were perfect for getting ready for a wedding. There was enough space for ten people to easily workout or play games or eat together. It was also by an excellent running/ walking trail. The host got back to us quickly.

This home met all of our needs. Two families (10 people) stayed here and it accommodated them well. In messaging the owner, he graciously allowed us to check-in earlier in the day which was so helpful. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. It is in a lovely neighborhood and we did a Turkey Trot around the lake. It IS a little dated and could use some TLC, but all in all it was an enjoyable 4 nights.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Parker House. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and to spend time together. The photos on the site do not do it justice, the place is beautiful on the inside. The view from the property is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet, and convenient to get to the Denver Metro area.

We had a wonderful time in Colorado and this was a grrat location to use a base to visit both denver and Colorado springs. The house had enough activities for the kids to stay busy. Chris was very responsive and very helpful. Would stay again

It was a great house. Had all the kitchen utensils, pans, etc that we needed. The five bedrooms and four bathrooms was great. It had a lot of stairs so someone with mobility problems might find it difficult.

Big house in pines

Plenty of room to accommodate a small family gathering to celebrate my father’s 90th birthday. Beautiful pinery views in most directions. Was actually greeted at door by 3 deer munching on the landscape. Wonderful time!

Wedding

This house worked out great. We were close to our wedding site. Grocery stores and shopping were close by also. Kids really enjoyed watching for the deer and turkeys and rabbits. The kids toys downstairs were a big hit also. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Great place for a reunion

Very comfortable place for a reunion. While the house has some issues (primarily windows would not close; owners will be replacing them in fall 2024), it worked very well for our purposes. Owners were responsive to all questions and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of wildlife that passed by our windows in the subdivision (deer, and flock at least 25 wild turkeys). Would rent again.

This house feels like you are in a vacation resort area. It’s in a country club neighborhood and offers a country feel without being far from everything. It is a great place to relax in and enjoy a beautiful Colorado Sunset from the deck. Or sit by the fire and enjoy a drink!
