Lovely, 24 hour gated community Beach House, famous warm, soft sand of Surfside Beach is less than a minute away, when you and your family take your golf cart to the private beach parking lot for Oceanside Village residents and guests. While you're at the beach enjoy The Conch Cafe Beach bar for cocktails on the beach and lunch or dinner overlooking the magical surf of Surfside Beach.
This beach decor decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, (sleeps four) (6 )including the sofa sleeper for our younger travelers there is a queen sofa sleeper (two young children) just perfect for a small family, couples, or a group of adults looking to get away. There is a kitchen with all that is needed including a BBQ Grille, to make great meals. Amenities are numerous including an adult pool, children's pool, indoor pool (open all year round and a play land water park! Every Wednesday during the summer months there is free ice cream, Boccie, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, pickle board courts, children's playground, a baseball field, athletic facility. This Bungalow is fantastic for short- and long-term rentals, year-round! Come enjoy the beach, restaurants, golf, outlet shopping, or stay at home. and enjoy all that is offered by the little slice of paradise we affectionately call. " The Playful Pelican: at Surfside Beach SC. We are pet (dogs) friendly, there is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. ($50 for second pup). We also offer a discount to all branches of the armed forces. This also includes first responders. local and state police forces This property has start up cleaning supplies small garbage bags. tall kitchen garbage bags, hand soap, kitchen sponges, paper towels, toilet paper Tide pods.

The property was great! It was very clean and well kept. It had everything my family and I needed. It was close to the beach and the rest of the amenities in Oceanside Village. The owners were also super sweet. They were easy to communicate with, checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and they checked on us after we had an issue with our vehicle, they made sure we were ok.

2 blocks from the beach, easy walk or use the included golf cart. Cart was older and a bit rusty but worked. The house is an older single wide, a little small for us but for the price it was excellent.

What a fun stay

Loved the location, house was small but neat and clean and worked for us just fine. Honestly, there is so much to do and see, we just got back to the house to sleep, than jump on the cart and head out for more adventures!!
