We actually stayed 12-19 Mar 2026. We had an incredibly relaxing week at this condo, and I have to start by saying — our host was hands down the most helpful, responsive, and informative host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, security was present and always visible, which made us feel safe and welcome. Check-in was a breeze, with plenty of carts available for moving our belongings and more than enough parking. Getting in and out of the lot was quick and easy. The unit itself was very nice, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-furnished, with new pieces in the living area, and the kitchen was fully equipped for anything we needed. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the showers had excellent water pressure, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra special. Once again, the host was amazing — if you have any issues here, it’s only because you didn’t reach out to them. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this condo to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during the week of June 24th. It was beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need. The owner even called during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The king size mattresses were so comfortable. I would definitely book this condo again.

This condo is astonishing!! Owners are super great with communication & allowed us to arrive Thursday night for no charge. Condo was SUPER clean and very well furnished. Beds are amazingly comfortable!! The views, furniture, & space from balcony are remarkable. It is directly across from 3 fabulous restaurants. Super easy to walk to & not have to drive. We will definitely be returning!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We have stayed here before and Judy (the host) is amazing to work with and answers any questions. This cozy condo is in the middle of everything: A neighborhood gathering place right across the street with live music weekends! Publix & Walmart Market/drug store close by, state park/bike trails, white sugar sand beach below, emerald water, golf courses close, public fishing pier! Watching sunsets from the gazebo is a spectacular dining event! The Phoenix with the most amenities: ATM, racquetball, tennis, fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, game room, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, gazebo for grilling and sheltered dining
