Concarneau, very quiet area, within 5 minutes walk from the large and beautiful Sables Blancs beach and Thalasso (by a charming wooded path and pedestrian: access 50m from the house), near to the greenway joining directly (walking or cycling) the center and its closed city, very nice renovated and tastefully decorated home. Enclosed garden facing south. Garage, laundry, easy and free parking. House completely renovated recently, very well equipped, new bedding, small sea view from the living room, balcony and bedrooms.
House on three levels (large steps): Ground floor: entrance, a garage, a nice extra single bed room, a laundry room with garden access.
First floor: large living room and fully equipped open kitchen, toilet bathroom tub.
On the second: three rooms, each equipped with a double bed and cupboards. Small room with closet.
The beautiful surroundings, and many beautiful beaches, coves, walks and magical coastal paths!
Access to shops and supermarkets within 5 minutes drive maximum.

A cozy house near the beach

Anne and Stephane were very accommodating and nice hosts, communicating with them was very easy! The kitchen is well equipped and the house nicely decorated. Easy parking free of charge in front of the house. Thank you for the nice stay, we hope to come back!

We, a family of four, spent two wonderful weeks in Anne and Stephane's house in Concarneau. The location of the house is perfect: a lovely sandy beach within walking distance, just below the house, and the center of Concarneau, with its charming "ville close" a nice walk-/bike ride away. The house has everything you could want, including a beautiful, quiet little garden. What more could you want from a holiday? The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated with wonderful landscape paintings. We thank Anne and Stephane for the wonderfully warm welcome and the trust and generosity they show in entrusting this little gem to strangers. We give our strongest recommendations and hope we will have the opportunity to come back.

Nous avons à coeur de répondre à cette appréciation. Jamais on ne nous a dit une telle chose. Non, la maison ne sent pas le moisi. Elle est toujours impeccable! Quant à l'allégation portant sur le fait qu'elle aurait été inoccupée, c'est absolument faux! Elle a abrité nos hôtes tout l'été. De plus, lorsque nous avons demandé par message si tout s'était bien passé il n'a jamais été question de ce reproche. Incompréhension totale...

Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir deutlich verspätet eintrafen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt, hat eine ruhige Lage und ist trotzdem nah am Strand gelegen, der gut besucht aber nie überfüllt ist. Der hübsche Garten lädt zum Relaxen ein; dank eines großen Tisches kann man auf der Terasse auch gut Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Bäcker und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Concarneau ist ein netter Ort, und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten der Bretagne sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. - Hinweis für E-Fahrzeug-Nutzer: Es gibt mehrere Ladestationen in der Nähe, auch solche mit höherer Ladeleistung.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Super ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Schöner kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick für den Kaffee zu zweit. Esstisch im Garten mit Sonnenschirm.Ruhige und sichere Wohnlage. Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Über schönen Weg kann man in 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum von Concarneau laufen.Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche erhält man gegen eine Gebühr von 60. Die Endreinigung hat man selbst zu erledigen.Insgesamt ein rundum toller Aufenthalt.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Sehr gepflegtes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reihenhäuschen. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Leider gab es nur ein Bad mit Toilette. Das hatten wir bei der Buchung übersehen, und das war auch bei 6 Personen der Engpass. Aber sonst hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder) durften zwei Wochen in dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Ankunft haben sie uns alles gezeigt und durch das Haus geführt. So blieben keine Fragen mehr offen. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren sie jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Ausstattung war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt, es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir können dieses Haus und die super netten Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei den großartigen Gastgebern.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Concarneau. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, einfach perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr über die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die vielen schönen Details gefreut, genossen und nachgekauft ; ) Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, da man zu Fuß schnell am Strand ist und mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkunden kann. 1A- Empfehlung!!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Garten und Meerblick

Im gemütlichen Haus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist, kann man die Schokoladenseite von Concarneau genießen. Am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage gelegen, ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, auf dem reizvollen Küstenweg oder kann am offenen Fenster oder im Garten dem Rauschen des Meeres am nahe gelegenen Strand lauschen. An der Promenade entlang oder über einen schattigen Fußweg auf einer ehemaligen Bahntrasse ist man in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum / am Hafen mit der malerischen ville close. Im Haus ist alles Wichtige vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wer nicht das reichhaltige Restaurantangebot von Concarneau nutzen will kann hier auch selber die frischen Einkäufe vom Wochenmarkt oder aus Les Halles zubereiten und am großen Esstisch mit Blick auf die Bucht und die vorgelagerten Inseln genießen.

Mehr als nur ein Ferienhaus

Wir fanden eher ein Zuhause, denn ein Ferienhaus vor. Zusätzlich zu den Dingen, die man zu schätzen weiß, wie vernünftige Küchenmesser, ausreichend Geschirr und einen Mixer!, erwarten einen Gemütlichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Spontane Aussage meines Schwiegersohnes: "Das ist die schönste Ferienunterkunft, in der ich je war." Das heimelige Haus, die atemberaubende Umgebung, sowie die reizenden Gastgeber laden zum Wiederkommen ein. Vielen Dank!

Noël à la mer

Charmante maison , fonctionnelle, bien agencée, décorée avec goût, très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée. Proche de la plage des sables blancs, et du Gr34. Parfaite pour un séjour en famille, 3 couples, et un bébé. Des propriétaires attentionnés, sympathiques, facilitant les procédures d entrée et de sortie de la location. Maison où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern

In Concarneau haben wir sehr nette Vermieter kennengelernt, die uns sehr anschaulich das sehr schöne Feriendomiziel gezeigt haben. Wir haben uns in der ruhigen Umgebung und der Nähe zum Strand und dem Meer sehr gut erholt. Concarneau mit seinen tollen Märkten und der schönen Altstadt ist immer eine Reise wert. Das Meer mit seinen immer wieder wechselnden Farben und Eindrücken begeisterte unsere Sinne! Au revoir Concarneau, a bientot!

2 wunderschöne Wochen in Concarneau verbracht. Sehr nett von den Gastgebern empfangen worden. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, in der gut ausgestatteten Küche fehlt nichts.

Bel emplacement pour découvrir Concarneau

Au dessus d'une jolie plage, dans une rue calme, une maison très agréable pour découvrir à pied Concarneau et ses environs. Nous avons aimé nous poser dans le jardin, profiter des vues sur la mer et finalement passer de belles vacances dans cette maison à la décoration très chaleureuse (belles marines).
