Beautiful, open holiday cottage that offers a secluded and affordable base for a wonderful Martha's Vineyard holiday. Designed by a leading island archiitect, this pagoda-like building features a large central open-plan room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The high ceiling, clean lines and large sliding glass doors give a great feeling of light and openness to the surrounding fields and trees. There is a patio area on both sides to allow sun-bathing at any time of day. There is a double bedroom with good storage and two further interconnecting children's rooms, each with two bunk beds. There is a mini-split unit in the main room that offers both air-conditioning and heating as well as wifi internet access. There is also an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach.

The house comes with a key to beautiful, sought-after private Hancock's Beach, accessible via a short car drive. The property is located off South Road with easy access to Chilmark Corner and West Tisbury.
