The second and third bedrooms each offer standard size king beds, a ceiling fan and 4K flat screen TV, and share the hallway bathroom.
The second bath features a rain shower head/soaking tub combination.

All bathrooms are well stocked with amenities.

I don't live in Palm Springs but I love to come down as much as possible and just chill. I live in Los Angeles and have a pretty challenging career, so it's pleasure to just relax sometimes.
I grew up in Kentucky but have lived in California since 1979. Although Kentucky is beautiful and the people are very pleasant, I don't think I could ever leave California.

Why they chose this property

We bought the house in 2018 and renovated it from the ground up. So almost everything you see is new. We wanted to create some place special that we would like if we were visiting and I think we accomplished that. I hope other people will feel the same. The house is just so comfortable, easy and efficient, but not overdone. We truly hope people will enjoy the house as we do and call it home when they return to Palm Springs.
