Windham Townhouse - Base of Mountain

Base of Windham, Large 3 bedroom town home.

Please remember to check WindhamMountain.com Ski Season & Bike Park updates . Please check the mountain site prior to booking for Covid Restrictions.

AC in main living space and all bedrooms.

Pool will be open 7 days starting July 1 to Labor Day.
Pool will be closed to Thanksgiving. Pool will then reopen for weekends when WM is open.

Community indoor pool with hot tub. Pool closure subject to management.

There is plenty of space. In addition to the 6 beds, there is also a pull out couch and small futon if needed on top of stairs on loft. Space is perfect for a family or 2.

The large unit has private parking for 2 cars. There are extra guest spots but not guaranteed. Bring your groceries and cook, or short drive into town for many local favorites. Basic amenities are included. There is an Apple TV to hook your apple product to living room TV. Master. Bedroom and guest suite have firesticks. There are fans. Main living space has fireplace. Gas Grill on private deck.

Great ski condo

We had a great time skiing at Windham and staying at Sondra's condo. Was plenty of space for our family of four and could've easily fit another family in it as well. Easy commute to get to the slopes!

Successful ski weekend

Awesome weekend skiing with the family. The property was great. Had everything we needed , was clean and ready for us on arrival. Great experience can’t wait to come back next year.

Excellent Ski Getaway

We had an amazing time staying at Sondra's home! The location is perfect, and the house was clean with plenty of room. Our kids loved the bunk beds and Sondra was very quick to get back to me with any questions/ concerns. We hope to return!

Wonderful house and property

This is a wonderful house right next to Windham mountain. It’s clean and well supplied. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and being to walk right over to the mountain. Sondra is a great host and very easy to communicate with.

fantastic home, large, clean and very well located

Great house, with amenities. The kids could just run out the door and go to the pool, tennis courts. Sondra's place is great, very well furnished, extra clean. Sondra was answering in realtime to any question we had and was very accommodating. Will come again.

Great Stay!

Excellent property, suited our family. The property is really well appointed and very clean. We were a family of 5. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent location next to tennis courts and close to indoor pool. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for a ski weekend at windham

Great skiing trip

The property had more than enough for our family to enjoy a great skiing trip. A manageable walk to the slopes for the adults and very quick to drop off our young kids. Sondra is lightning fast in responding to questions and couldn't have been easier to interact with. A great stay!

Awesome condo and great location!

Sondra’s condo was very big and super cozy for our family of 5. Great location to the mountain as well. Had everything we needed and more. Sondra was very quick to return all of my messages and was also very understanding when we accidentally damaged something in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this condo. We’ll definitely be back if she’ll have us!

Great Condo!

This property has lots of space and has lots of built in entertainment so you can even enjoy a rainy day or just stay put and have the kids enjoy the pool or tennis/basketball court. The house is well stocked with games, tennis rackets, Etc... We would love to come back. Sondra was very accommodating and helpful.
