20 m from one of the most beautiful beach in the bay, "rohu" residence enjoys an exceptional setting. Completed in 2016, "The ROHU" is a small condominium (3 lots only) of luxury that was designed to offer both the benefits of a house and the "functional" side of a modern apartment. The landscaped garden and the wide open SOUTH openings on the terrace allow you to enjoy every ray of sunshine.
The apartment duplex is spacious (115m²) and has 3 bathrooms including 2 en the rooms.
Access to the apartment is independent and there is no opposite.
Closed parking lot.

Super logement parfaitement localisé

Malgré un temps maussade le logement de par sa proximité immédiate (50m) de la plage permet de profiter pleinement des eclaircies ;) Le logement est tres agreable avec une terrasse et un jardin et un cabanon tres pratique pour stocker le materiel (wingfoil, surf... ) enfin la decoration, les materiaux nobles et l'agencement sont appreciables Nous recommendons

Belle maison et super bien située

La maison est très bien agencée et meublé avec de belles prestations pour une maison de vacances. De plus la situation est idéale au fond de l'impasse au calme à proximité d'une magnifique petite plage comme on les aime en Bretagne... les 3 logements sont bien séparés donc aucune gène. Je recommande vivement :)

Emplacement exceptionnel

Séjour très agréable Maison fonctionnelle et idéale pour accueillir 2 couples et des enfants, au calme et sécuritaire. Plage à quelques pas , petit centre de St Pierre très attrayant Dommage que la propreté de la maison soit vraiment à revoir.

Très belle maison à proximité de la plage !

Un propriétaire extrêmement réactif, à l’écoute et qui montre beaucoup de souplesse. Une très belle maison fonctionnelle, située idéalement à proximité de la plage, tout en étant préservée des regards. Bref, on se sent chez soi. Un pur moment de bonheur !

Super sejour

Très belle maison confortable et bien équipée... Idéalement placée.. Impossible d'être plus près de la plage ce qui nous a permis de belles promenades variées selon les marées... Bien sûr en décembre le temps est forcément aléatoire mais la région est tellement belle que cela compense... En résumé très bon séjour entre amis...
