Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club / Fort Myers, FL

Two bedroom / two bathroom condo in Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers, FL (10 minutes from RSW and 20 minutes from Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers beaches).

Private, gated golf and tennis community featuring two Azinger / Lewis designed championship golf courses, club house with pool and full service restaurant, eight tennis courts, a large private pool with tiki bar and food service, several community pools, fitness area, basketball courts and more.

Our condo (1240 sq. ft.) is located on the first floor overlooking the private lake and golf course. The unit is newly furnished and tastefully decorated with a washer and dryer. Other amenities include cable, wifi, smart TV's, all necessary linens, utensils, cookware and flatware.

Bedroom (2) - queen beds, smart TV's. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom

Living room with 50" TV. Dining room with table and chairs

Full kitchen with table and chairs

Washer and dryer

Lanai overlooking the golf course and small lake with table, chairs and chase lounge

Private entrance and assigned parking (covered)

Reservations may require the transfer of membership for access to the club and all amenities - $500 fee paid directly to the club upon arrival. Please call if you have any questions or need more details regarding this optional requirement.

Minimum stay of 90 nights during high season (Jan-Mar) and 30 nights rest of the year. Discounts available for 60 days or longer off-season. $500 security deposit refundable within 7 days of departure. $150 cleaning fee.

A lovely condo/community !

Amazing from start to finish! Property is beautifully maintained and everything you see in the photos! What a stunning community with fitness, multiple pools, restaurants and golf courses! Condo was immaculate with every amenity you could ever need. Jose was very quick to respond and give ample information for our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location, very nice condo

This 2 bedroom condo with 2 baths and lovely screened porch was perfect for our needs. A/C worked well, covered parking kept car from getting too hot. Very accessible to 75, grocery stores, Lowe’s, restaurants and newly opened TopGolf. Beds, although just queen size, were very comfortable. Lots of towels and storage areas. Nice community to walk with lots of sidewalks. Check in-process was easy and Jose was always replied promptly. Condo supplies hangers, washer and dryer, has coffee pot, dishes, utensils, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, just bring clothes and toothbrush. Would definitely stay there again.

Medical Stay

The property was very nice and relatively easy to access (its a gated community on a golf resort) . I was not on vacation, but needed a place to stay after a medical procedure which are common in this area. It was much more comfortable than a hotel. It was also a nice place to stay if you were planning a vacation. The onwer was very helpful.

Love this condo and location

This was our second year staying in this condo. It is clean, stocked well with basics, has a lovely view, quiet, friendly neighbors, covered parking slot and a short walk to the hot tub. Jose is great to work with. Planning to return next year.

My family enjoyed an outstanding stay at this property. The property was clean and beautifully furnished. The owner provided every thing we needed and more! There was one minor issue (that was no fault of the owner) but he resolved the issue immediately. The owner was extremely attentive and easy to communicate with during the entire booking and stay. I would highly recommend this property .

Wonderful property + superstar owner = perfect vacation

We had a perfect vacation. The property is on a beautiful golf course. It’s a first floor unit with a great view of the pond near the 18th hole. The neighbors were friendly. We made good use of the hot tub. The unit was well stocked. The owner was responsive to the few questions we had. We plan to return here whenever we're in the Ft. Myers area.
