Quiet house located in tourist area between Sables Vignier beach and Bonnes beach obtaining "Blue Flag" on one level on 1,700 m² with trees and enclosed 2 bedrooms, one with an independent toilet area (140 x 190 bedding) with veranda , separate wc, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, shower room, dining room, lounge with 1 convertible sofa and wood stove, separate cellar. Cycle track at 30 meters to take advantage of "my Island", go to the beach of Bonnes, to the market every day in summer in Domino and what do I still know !!!!

A lovely spot with a lovely host

Pascal is a very attentive host who even put up with our dog going to visit. The only downside was that the gite felt slightly damp, particularly in the bedrooms. We didn’t complain to Pascal as we were only there for four nights.

We had a fantastic time, Pascal the owner was so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was just what we wanted - lovely large garden for sunbathing and for the dog. Had all the facilities you need. Description was accurate and the location was excellent - a short walk to the beach. There was a shop 100m away selling fresh croissant, bread, milk etc. a restaurant also close by for good food Fantastic sunsets every night and great beach made this holiday even more special. We would love to go back next year. We would recommend this property.

Fantastic house in wonderful location

This is an amazing find. The house is lovely, clean and very well-equipped. Pascal could not be a more welcoming or helpful host. The house is less than a 10-minute walk from a stunning beach. All of the beaches on the island are great and were very quiet. There is a nice boulangerie down the road, and you are only 10 minutes' drive from two large supermarkets. There are lots of things to do on the island - we ended up spending most of our time there, only going to the mainland a couple of times. We would not hesitate to come back here.

Notre hôte a été aux petits soins, à la fois discret et prévenant, plein de belles attentions et d'informations très utiles. La maison est très fonctionnelle et douillette. Grâce au joli poêle à bois en céramique, très facile à utiliser et très performant, nous avons profité d'une vraie chaleur quand tout était gelé à l'extérieur. Les literies sont impeccables et confortables.Tous les équipements de cuisine et salle de bain sont récents et performants, c'est très agréable !Nous recommandons vivement cette location à 2 pas des belles plages et forêts, sans oublier son beau terrain idéal pour nos animaux .Merci encore pour ce séjour enchanté.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pascals Ferienhaus von Anfang bis Ende genossen und können uns allen bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Auch wir wurden bei unserer Anreise mit einem liebevoll gefüllten Kühlschrank empfangen, einfach unglaublich! Da wir Landbewohner noch nie selbst eine Auster geöffnet hatten und auch sonst ziemlich ungeübt im Umgang mit Schalentieren sind, gab uns Pascal die perfekte Einführung, so dass wir uns im weiteren Urlaubsverlauf wie alte Hasen fühlen konnten. So war Pascal die gesamte Zeit absolut hilfsbereit, freundlich und humorvoll, und dabei sehr diskret. Das Anwesen ist wunderbar großzügig, ein toller Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Sonnen- oder Schattenplätzen und viel zu schnüffeln und super Auslauf für unseren Hund. Ein Paradies für Mensch und Hund! Die Räume im Haus waren gemütlich, hochwertig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche top. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Andersrum: Jetzt vermissen wir ALLES!Die Insel ist wunderschön, in der Vorsaison gar nicht überlaufen, leere, weitläufige Strände, nette Ortschaften, und alles easy mit dem Fahrrad zu erfahren. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Abend zum Abschluss mit Pascal und Marie-Christin, wir konnten gut Englisch miteinander sprechen, und zum Abschied hat unser Hund sogar das Kuscheltier geschenkt bekommen, dass er zuvor einmal aus Pascals Haus gestohlen hat. Aber nicht nur deshalb rufen wir alle drei nochmal: MERCI, MERCI, MERCI!!!Eddy, Heike & Murphy

Un séjour parfait

Un hôte discret mais présent si besoin, qui prend le temps. Il met à disposition tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Un accueil chaleureux peu commun: table dressée, mets mis à disposition. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Pascal, qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise et gâtés dès notre arrivée. automne à oléron chez Pascal

Malgré un temps maussade nous avons bien "rechargé les batteries" chez Pascal à Oléron. L'air marin nous change de l'auvergne, bonne idée de partir à cette saison à l'océan ! L'accueil est très chaleureux, l'hôte est à la fois discret et présent si on a besoin. Dans le logement nous avons eu tout le confort et notre chien a aussi apprécié le grand terrain. N'hésitez pas une seconde, vous ne regretterez pas ! bonnes vacances à vous chez Pascal !

Fantastisch

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit fijne, ruime en perfect schone huis. De tuin was groot en heerlijk voor onze hond Senni en voor ons met overal zitjes. Bij aankomst stond er een culinaire verassing in de koelkast. Pascal is werkelijk een super gastheer, we kregen volop informatie over de lokale winkels, markt en restaurants en uiteraard het strand dat slechts 10 minuten lopen was. Pascal is zeer attent en discreet maar altijd bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen . Hele lieve groet Marjolein, Cees en Senni.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Der Urlaub in diesem Haus war für uns perfekt. Das Haus hatte einen umzäunten Garten, sodass sich unserer beiden Hunde auch sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Strand, der zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt war, war sehr schön. Besonders erwähnen müssen wir den sehr netten aber auch sehr diskreten Eigentümer. Zur Begrüßung hatte er uns Ost und Muscheln vorbereitet. Besonders schön war die Radtour mit ihm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Magnifique séjour

Exceptionnel accueil de Pascal qui est aux petits soins tout en étant très discret. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour sans toucher la voiture. Plages et marché accessibles à pied ou à vélo ( location sur place possible). La maison, ses terrasses sont très agréables : nous avons profité du calme pour nous détendre et teletravailler sans nous gêner ! Notre chat a aussi beaucoup apprécié le jardin!

Séjour très agréable

Charmante maison dans un jardin super bien entretenu, avec tout le nécessaire aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Possibilité de garer la voiture à l'intérieur du jardin. La literie est très confortable. Pascal qui loge dans la maison en face s'est avéré un hôte parfait. Super attentionné avec une belle surprise à l'arrivée, disponible mais discret. On a passé un super séjour et on recommande vraiment!
