It is located along the Salins beach (the house is 200 meters from the beach), in a tropical park of 25 hectares, closed, guarded, and boasts a large swimming pool on the seafront, two tennis court and direct access to the beautiful beach of Salins.

Nice house with walk-in condo (large property divided into 4 lots) 7 people comfortably cozy. Renovated in 2015 and tastefully decorated, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

For your wellness, you also have a nice patio, various terraces, one covered with barbecue area, an outdoor lounge, a pretty floral landscaped garden with trees, a large private swimming pool and a large private parking with automatic gate.
