Located on the domain of the magnificent Château de Landal, in a bucolic countryside made up of forests, ponds and rivers with many paths to take on foot or by bicycle.
Away from the crowd, you will appreciate the calm, silence and space.
The house was completely renovated in 2013, it has a huge garden (3000 m2) on the edge of a small wood and with a private pond.
Parking in front of the house, access via electric gate
Show in front of the windows morning and evening provided by deer, hares as well as by goats from the estate.

Lovely house in a quite surrounding

We had a fantastic holiday. The location of the gite is ideal for making all kinds of excursions in the area. The gite is nice and quiet in the middle of nature, ideal for relaxing. We were kindly welcomed and given explanations about the sights in the area. Due to the lack of Wi-Fi and a good internet connection, disconnecting from the digital world is a breeze. The gite is located on the domain of a country house, not on the domain of the Château de Landal as described on the website. Unfortunately we have not been able to see the castle of Landal itself. The photo on the website with the bathroom is not the bathroom in the gite itself. All basic equipment was provided. The house was clean and tidy.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Adapté à des hôtes qui souhaitent être au calme et quelque peu isolé. Visité par les chevreuils et les ragondins, les alentours sont très agréables. A noter qu'une seconde location est située en face de cette jolie petite maison.

On est proche de tout, tout en étant au calme… Facilite pour tout Je dirais juste un petit bémol pour le réseau qui n’est pas ouf mais on s’en ai quand même bien sortis et c’était vraiment un endroit parfait …. Il nous fallait pas plus …. Le chien était heureux aussi

Très joli site au calme ce qui permet de profiter du chant des oiseaux. Localisation idéale pour s’échapper en bord de mer ou en campagne. Et nous avons apprécié la maison charmante, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, tout y était pour une semaine de rêve.

Dem Lob der Vor-Bewerter kann ich mich anschliessen. Besonderheit: Die Froesche im kleinen Teich (ich habe 11 gezaehlt) sind sehr ruhig und da sie gerne Mueckenlarven fressen, ist die Umgebung praktisch mueckenfrei.

Joli gite, propre et très calme. Bien situé pour rayonner entre le Mont St Michel, , Cancale, St Malo, Combourg… à condition d’accepter de faire un peu de voiture. Accueil sympathique et discret des propriétaires qui vivent juste à côté. Dommage qu’il ne soit plus possible d’apercevoir le château de Broualan…

Le propriétaire n'était pas là lors de notre arrivée, ni lors de notre départ... Le deuxième soir son fils a fait la fête avec ses amis dans la propriété et nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour faire cesser le bruit vers minuit... Pas de nouvelles, ni le lendemain. Son fils c'est excusé le lendemain. Mais est-ce normal que le propriétaire qui vit sur les lieux ce permette cela surtout quand il met en avant le calme des lieux?

Un commentaire se doit d'être honnête et objectif, il convient donc d'apporter quelques précisions à ce retour: Pour cause d'arrivée tardive, nous nous sommes vu le lendemain de votre arrivée. Pour votre départ,nous avions convenu 10h, mais à l'heure prévu vous étiez déjà parti !!!!!! Concernant l'anniversaire surprise (donc non prévue) , la soirée c'est terminée à minuit et lorsque le gamin est venue vous voir le lendemain vous avez fait preuve d'empathie et de compréhension. Chagrinant ce manque d'objectivité et ce double discours

Simplement parfait. Propriété bien situé, à l' épicentre des sites touristiques. Les conseils du propriétaire nous ont été très utiles. sa disponibilité et son accueil fort agréable. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen

Mit mehr Liebe zum Detail ist daraus sehr viel mehr zu machen.Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Angeln am kleinen Teich war schön. Wir haben Rehe und andere Waldtiere beobachtet von der Terrasse aus... Das Haus ist sonst sehr sehr einfach eingerichtet. Gerade das nötigste ist vorhanden aber teilweise defekt. Die Einrichtung ist zusammen gestückelt und alt. Wir haben es uns dennoch gemütlich gemacht. Alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb einer 3/4 Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt.

Wunderschönes kleines Haus in Netzfreier Zone!

Verbrachten mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden eine tolle Zeit in diesem hübschen, kleinen, idyllisch gelegenen Haus. Teich, Kornfeld und Wald direkt an die große Wiese vor der Terrassentüre. Großer Platz zum Skaten vorm Eingang. Die Schlafzimmertüren im OG sind auf Grund der Holzbalken sehr kurz geraten, aber nach 2 Tagen hat man sich dran gewöhnt. Die Ausstattung ist recht gut und sauber war es ebenfalls! Betten waren richtig gemütlich. Bei Temperatur entsprechender Belüftung hält man es, dank des guten Innenklimas der alten Mauern, auch bei Hitze gut aus. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wer Handyfreiezeit mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ein kurzer Spaziergang reicht um kurz E-Mails zu checken ;-). Ein Sonnenschirm wäre der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag! Ansonsten alles Supi!

Schön, aber ………

Schönes kleines Häuschen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ein bisschen enttäuscht waren wir allerdings was die Grundausstattung angeht. Es fehlten Auflagen für die Terrassenstühle, der Sonnenschirm war aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und sehr lavede. In der Küche gab es weder ein Schneidebrett noch ein Küchenmesser. Mit ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail würde sich ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil daraus machen lassen.

Gite tres agreable

Gite et propriete tres agreable,au calme de la campagne et de la forêt. De tres belles balades aux alentours a faire a pied ou a velo. Gite a proximite des grands sites de la region. Le petit etang où il est possible de pécher est un plus pour des moments de convivialité en famille. Gite confortable et propre !

un coin magique avec un château, des étangs des forets le calme absolu ce qui est très agréable après une journée de visite ou de plage proprio tres sympa qui connait très bien la région je conseille fortement nous avons réservé pour l'année prochaine
