Great house in an excellent location. Walking distance to just about everything you need in Bentonville! Debbie, the host was amazing with communication and ease of checking in etc. she made our stay extremely easy and convenient!

One of the best places we have stayed! Very clean. The owner has thought of and provided everything you need and more. Great location. Can walk or bike everywhere from this location. Cozy furniture and beds. Seamless communication with the owner which included many ideas on things to do in the area and great restaurant recommendations. Debbie goes above and beyond to make your stay the greatest! We loved the location and walked to restaurants for dinner and rode to trailheads nearby. There was plenty of room in the house to sprawl out and we were allowed to use the garage to store our bikes. We felt very welcomed and taken care of!

We discovered this property the weekend our son graduated from AR. Had we found it sooner we would have rented it every single time we were in AR. It’s that good. The beds are great. It’s impressively stocked with supplies. It’s attractive and comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

We booked this property for our son’s wedding weekend. We stayed with family for 5 nights. This property exceeded all of our expectations! First the host had wonderful communication from start to finish. No question was left unanswered. (And I had plenty!)And our arrival confirmed we made the right choice. The property is beautifully appointed, with all of the amenities and comforts of home - and then some. You can tell that this has been well thought out by the host. Anything you may have forgotten was available. Little touches sent it over the top for us! Comfortable beds with extra linens, nice towels and bath accessories, plenty of hangers (always an issue but not here), comfortable family room with pillows and blankets on the sofa, plenty of cooking utensils and dishes - even a blue tooth speaker in the kitchen ! We travel often and use VRBO bookings and we pack tubs of ‘extra’ items we know we will need. We literally could have walked out the door with our suitcases and been comfortable and completely equipped because of the way they have paid attention to the little details in this home. The host clearly takes pride in providing a comfortable home for your stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location for your next trip to Bentonville ! We definitely will!

Only thing I couldn’t find was foil! They had everything else and I probably overlooked foil. We have stayed at other new places in Bentonville and they were so cheap it made us sure we would never stay there again. This place was perfect!

Wow!! This is the most fabulous home away from home!!! The host was so beyond the top on helpful hints and so very available for every single question!! The home is loaded with beautiful art and live plants everywhere you look!! And absolutely everything you would ever need that you forgot!! We have been staying in vacation rentals for over 25 years, and have finally found a location where we wanted to purchase our own. Having stayed in so many, we knew the things that we would like to have when we rent, and tried to make this a true home away from home. We enjoyed hosting guests so much that we bought two additional homes to open to guests. We currently reside in Little Rock, AR, and travel every chance we get.

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for one person, or up to 8. Having 2 of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor makes it easy to live like a one level. The 3 outdoor seating areas are wonderful to enjoy the outdoors, 2 being covered. The open floor plan makes it great to visit with everyone while cooking up your favorite meal. The huge 75" television can easily be watched from the kitchen. The addition of a private study with a desk is great for work or enjoying privacy for a phone call or a good book. Additional work space/desk on the upper level.
