Set in a quiet and residential countryside environment, Villa Minatur is a delightful property with a swimming pool, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and enclosed garden.

Ontzettend genoten van dit heerlijke huis, ruim opgezet, gezellige sfeer in een rustige omgeving. De tuin en het zwembad worden goed onderhouden, het huis en handdoeken en linnengoed was schoon en fris, een absolute aanrader.

Charmant huis, precies zoals je je het wenst: wit met lila luiken en een prachtige tuin. Residentieel gelegen maar ook landelijk. Vlak naast het lievelijke dorpje Tourrettes waar je te voet heenkan en heerlijk kunt eten op schattige pleintjes, waarvan er een met uitzicht. Echt geweldige plek.

Netter gepflegter Garten, guter Pool, jedoch etwas einfache/ klapprige Plastik-Poolliegen mit abgenutzten Auflagen, Mobiliar/ Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Dekostil etwas durcheinander, könnte man definitiv mehr draus machen, Küche gut ausgestattet, sehr sympathischer/ schneller Kontakt mit Valérie, Tourrettes und Fayence fußläufig in der Nähe, ansonsten Auto zwingend erforderlich, Fluglärm bei schönen Wetter von den Motorflugzeugen, die die Segelflugzeuge an den Himmel bringen, ansonsten ruhig und abgeschirmt gelegen

Super ausgestattetes Haus. Genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Kleine Mängel: Licht im einem Badezimmer und einer Toilette defekt, wurde nicht behoben. Es gab keinen Raum wo es keine Ameisen gab. Vlt. in dieser Gegend normal?

Vielleicht die schönste Außenanlage, die wir bisher bei einem Ferienhaus hatten

Insb. der Garten mit seinem Pool sowie der Terrasse ist eine Wucht. Das Haus fügt sich harmonisch darin ein. Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber gewesen; alles war vorbereitet auf uns. Wir haben an Utensilien, die man in einem FeHa braucht, wahrlich nichts vermisst; es gibt sogar deutsche Spiele dort. Die Vermieterin hatte immer ein Ohr für uns. Prima. Wirklich toll. Lustig sind die zahlreichen Schalter im Haus, deren Funktion dann oft trotz Ausprobierens nicht klar wurde; vielleicht wäre hier eine Beschriftung zielführend. Das eine oder andere Möbelstück könnte in der nahen Zukunft vielleicht auch einmal ersetzt werden. Man sollte als Ruhe-Fanatiker wissen, dass ein Flugplatz in der Nähe ist; zahlreiche Segelflieger werden mit Motorflugzeugen in die Luft befördert, insb. Sonntag-Vormittag. Letztlich war das für uns nicht weiter schlimm, da das Gesamtpaket einfach super war. Besten Dank. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, werden wir schauen, ob es wieder klappt

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Tourrettes

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Tourrettes. Das Haus ist großzügig und hat ein schönes, eingewachsenes Grünstück mit herrlichem Pool. Die überdachte Terrasse perfekt, sucht man ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit Valerie prima. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank 😊

Superbe & relaxant

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette charmante villa. La maison est très spacieuse, la cuisine fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et le jardin spacieux. La maison est située dans un hameau très calme. Un endroit idéal pour visiter les petits villages typiques aux alentours.

Nettes Haus

Das Haus ansich ist schön und einfach eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über alle benötigten Utensilien. Man ist jedoch immer auf das Auto angewiesen aufgrund mangelnder Fussgängerwege. Der See Saint Cassien, Supermärkte und Bäcker sind teilweise mit dem Auto in 2-10 Minuten zu erreichen, wenn man jedoch Ausflüge zu anderen Orten machen möchte wie Nizza, Antibes oder ähnliche, muss man mindestens 1 Stunde Autofahrt in kauf nehmen. Für Familien oder Freunde die sich am Haus und Pool entspannen möchte ideal, ansonsten zu abgelegen.

Der Empfang am Anreisetag war äusserst nett. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau unserer Vorstellung, lediglich der Rasen hatte durch die hohen Temperaturen gelitten und es war nicht mehr viel davon zu sehen… Der Pool war eine schöne Abkühlung. Die Vielzahl der Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind riesig, was die Unterkunft weiter bestärkt. Wir waren begeistert und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit.

Nice villa in small neighbourhood

We had a very nice stay in this villa in a small recently developped neighbourhood near the beautiful provencal villages of Fayence and Tourrettes. The house is quite well decorated and equiped. We loved the terrace and swimming pool in the lovely, big garden. We were a little suprised not having towels with the villa, but were very friendly received by Valerie and here father.

Liebe Valerie, lieber Herr Kranich - unser Aufenthalt in ihrem Domizil war sehr schön , ihr Haus ist extrem großzügig und wunderbar geschnitten . Auch mit vielen Personen ist großzügiges Wohnen möglich . Supermarkt, Bäcker, Gemüsemarkt- um die Ecke ! Die Sicht ist phänomenal - man konnte gar das Silvesterfeuerwerk in Cannes am Horizont sehen ! Es ist bestens ausgestattet - für einen Aufenthalt auch im Winter bestens geeignet - der Kamin funktioniert sehr gut . Wir haben uns extrem Wohlgefühl ! Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin und dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr entgegenkommend ! Herzlichen Dank für alles ! 100% (auch mehr , wenn das möglich wäre 😉) Weiterempfehlung ! c'était merveilleuse!

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuse dans cette charmante maison. Il y avait tous qu'il fallait pour se sentir bien en place. Specialement le le Jardin avec les fruitiers partout donnait de l'ombre très agreable pendant les jours du canicule avec des temperatures entre 38 er 39 à l'ombre! Valérie et son père s'occupaient de tous et étaient très gentilles, .merci! Nous pouvons absolument recommender cette maison !!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit zu zweit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Tourrettes. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und alles ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöner Garten, toller Pool, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Was uns gefallen hat war der Gasgrill für die gemütlichen Abende. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Argentur hat immer sehr gut geklappt, vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Semaine de vacances très agréable dans cette charmante maison.
