This beautiful condo features tiled Chevron flooring throughout, new kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, tiled back splash, and kitchen table that seats 6! This condo is beautifully decorated in a stunning, casual elegance that is just perfect for the beach! The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa, comfortable chair, huge TV and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, new mattress , a master bath with new shower and designer sinks. There is also a secondary hall half bath.

The unit features a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view. And, no elevators with this unit as it is conveniently located on the GROUND FLOOR!

This unit is very special and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin and Sandestin. There are amazing restaurants shops, movies, bowling, fishing, water sports....so much to do in the paradise that is Destin!

This unit and location was perfect for a relaxing get away.The condo is renovated, decorated very pretty, and clean. The sliding glass door to the patio had a perfect view of the beach offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while sitting on the porch. Our elderly mother, which uses a walker, was able to get around the unit perfectly and access the porch and walkway with ease. Everything was available in the kitchen to cook meals. If you do not want to cook there are several restaurants available within a short distance. For grocery we went to Whole Foods and Walmart. Local eateries we attended; Osaka Hibachi, Flemings Steak House, Ruby Slipper, and Domo Izakaya. We ventured on the Southern Star Dolphin cruise which accommodated a walker.Donna the owner was exceptional, responsive, and communicated efficiently. We will definitely book again. Thank you for making our vacation special.

This unit is beautifully decorated and designed perfectly. Everything you need is in the condo. The views are absolutely stunning with the ocean as your backyard! The private beach in s fantastic…sugar sand beaches with complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas. The beds and furniture are very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this location for all the reasons above.

Fabulous Beach Front Property
