Charming Pet-Friendly Indian River Canal Home w/River Access to the Lakes!

This lovely pet-friendly ranch style home has a great floor plan where you can look out at the canal from the master bedroom, living room, and all-windowed family room. It is great for all seasons including boating, fishing, fall season colors, snowmobiling, ice fishing, downhill and cross country skiing,

Sleeping arrangements can sleep up to 8 and include queen bed and bunk beds in the master, full-size in spare bedroom, and queen sofa bed close to the family room. The home includes TV's in living room and master bedroom set up with WIFI and ROKU for watching movies and streaming, and the stackable washer and dryer is close to bedrooms.

The fully stocked kitchen has all your cooking needs as well as a toaster oven for your fast cooking or reheating. Enjoy the Keurig coffeemaker in the morning, dinner and wine at night on the outdoor deck dining table! There is no AC but we have a whole house fan to bring in the cool night air to sleep in. Just close the windows to keep it cool during the day.

You have a 75-foot dock available for your boating needs on the canal with the river seconds away, and the nice sized deck with a charcoal grill to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Indian River Marina and Howe Marina are close by and offer boat rentals and boating ramps to drop your boat in.

Located conveniently between beautiful Burt and Mullett Lakes, it is on one of the canals in a cozy neighborhood just off US 27 and 75 is less than 10 minutes away.

Within 30 to 45 min drive are many attractions from Petoskey to Mackinac Bridge, Mackinac Island and Tahquamenon Falls. In the summer enjoy fishing &/or boating on the water, hiking, bike trails, golfing and taking a stroll downtown to experience the fine dining, quaint shops and other entertainment within walking distance. 4 wheeling trails are nearby.

In the fall enjoy the Fall colors by taking a drive through the Tunnel of Trees at Harbor Springs.

Enjoy wintertime by snowmobiling on the trail system 2 blocks away, ice fishing and cross-country skiing. Boyne Mountain is 1/2 hour away for downhill skiing.
